Mr H
Negative thoughts - depression, anxiety, fear, jealousy, rage.......... Have had very interesting results. Be interested to know if this works for others too.... Very simple. When a thought appears that is negative, immediately identify it and call it out, and say in mind or out loud, "THIS THOUGHT IS NOT MINE" Like a command fashion. After doing this for a while. I actually noticed the amounts of negative thoughts reduce and reduce. Until actually, I felt a little uncomfortable because nearly all my thoughts became empowering and hardly any negative - not something I'm used too. It's quite a weird experience if you have been conditioned with negative mind to have this shift. To then think mainly only empowering thoughts. Maybe if this is you, you can try this technique. novymir
It all depends on whether they are truthful or not. The great majority of humans seem to be practicing what you are talking about. They're in denial. Disregarding what their Spirit is communicating...because it's "uncomfortable" and "scary" and unfamiliar. Truth is above, before, and beyond "positive" and "negative"-- which are just subjective terms when it comes to "human" "thoughts" and actions anyways. And in fact Truth is a subtractor and dispeller of lies and illusions...which would then qualify it in this world as "negative", while the process will generate degrees of uncomfortable and painful emotional and psychological experience, it is the lies and illusions that are disempowering and limiting, not The True and The Real. The Neutral Zone between the polarities is the path out of deceit and enslavement. Of course it's people's prerogative to "be" as they will...but who/what's "will" is it are they are accepting? The rulers of this world don't want anyone to wake up, this much is obvious, and they go to great lengths to keep people in a state of fear and obliviousness so they can keep leeching "life" off of them. Macnamara
isn't that just repression? surely our emotions are our unconscious telling us that something is wrong and requires our attention and understanding once we identify the cause of our unease we can then pro-actively startegise a way to resolve the issue and with it the stress it is causing us. Denying the emotion doesn't resolve the problem Where this is tough to deal with is when the cause of the stress is something that is not easy to resolve such as an awareness that an evil cabal is trying to kill us all with covid jabs That does present a more longterm anxiety that we must somehow manage. Speaking out on the issue on a forum like this can help and taking some sort of positive action can help but ultimately such big problems need mass acknowledgement by lots of people because such big problems need lots of input from lots of people to resolve them However if we bury our heads in the sand on such things then nothing will ever resolve and the unconscious anxiety will still find its way to the surface in unpredictable ways The refusal to acknowledge such realities by many people can then itself cause frustration which also needs to be managed. This is the cross we bare while we wait for the awakening to reach critical mass. It's a race: either the awakening reaches critical mass and we have a chance to improve the world through widespread participation and cooperation OR the cabal win and lock us down into a state of being that will be a slow death of the spirit, body and mind So i suggest its no time to try and deny realities but rather a time to face them all with courage Edited March 15, 2024 by Macnamara 2

Yes I could also phrase it like you said. Is it truthful or not? Is it from ego or not? In the above I am speaking of the constant nonsensical chitter chatter of the egoic mind expressing negativity to fulfill and recreate itself, rather than denying truths that may be uncomfortable.

Okay. It'll play both sides to sustain itself. It uses both trauma...and seduction.

If I started saying that my thoughts aren't mine, it would likely end up with a philosophical train of thought about whether that's true. However, the idea of identifying and challenging negative thoughts and beliefs reminds me of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). I only did it a little bit to help with anxiety, and we were taught about a cycle of sense perceptions >> thoughts >> hormone surge >> anxiety feelings >> more thoughts and the idea was to break the cycle by changing our thought patterns, which (hopefully) results in less anxiety. It was to cut off the supply of energy into the flight/fight/freeze/fawn response. CBT is used for other problems too, so if negative thoughts are the symptom you want help with I can see how this approach would help.

Yes if we take what I said literally, then it poses other questions. Such as who is "my" in my thoughts etc.... But this is a practical solution to a problem, rather than a truth, language exercise. And when dealing with egoic mind, I just find you just do what works, rather than trying to be philosophically correct. I think similar techniques are used for neurodiverse folks who find it difficult to regulate emotions. They are told to identify and describe feelings during the day....to help them regulate. And a non dual approach would be something like, is this from ego or from I? Back to this technique though. As you said it can act as an interrupter. But it also brings awareness to the thoughts. And also if you believe in entity vampires, you are assigning these thoughts to them, and disassociating yourself from the vampiric feeding cycle.... Macnamara
Mark passio's perspective is that the ego is a tool to delineate between monads of consciousness. The universe is in constant change so it appears illusiory but our experience is real and valid. Spirit and matter are one and equal= non-dualism, and we are all part of the one. This reality is where spirit learns and grows. Passio also says this reality is a prison for thieves to come and learn not to steal. He says all natural law transgressions breakdown to forms of theft eg if you kill someone you streal their life, if you rob them you steal their belongings if you rape someone you steal their bodily choice etc etc

You can see and feel your spirit counterpart in the spirit world. If your having vampire problems I’d suggest you command your spirit to remove all permissions you gave away. (it could have been that woman who stuck fingers up bums on your spiritual retreat, who knows? If her or others were let in by you then it’s a possibility, but it could be anyone) Just state- ‘I hear by withdraw all permissions’ ( in regards to your spirit) Youll have to back it up in this world with real actions, and they usually entail breaking societies rules eg telling a vampire or manipulator to fuck off and never contact you again, or some similar action. Also before doing this, commanding all vampires connected to you, to reincarnate in the fires of hell will weaken them before you remove all permissions. They will quickly withdraw. Teach 'em a lesson. As for fires of hell.... they come from there so no point in commanding it to reincarnate there. It makes me wonder whether it's drugs like Aya which make you more vulnerable to psychic attacks, or if they're happening anyway and the Aya enables us to see it more easily. Scary stuff. I've heard about psychic defence methods like creating an energetic aura or shield around yourself, putting on your psychic armour so to speak. Never needed to try it myself though. Years ago when I did NLP for a while they taught us to stop negative thoughts this way; Get a loose rubber band and put it on your wrist. Every time you witness a negative thought you twang that band enough to hurt. What thus does is snap your mind out of the downward thought spiral. After a few repetitions your brain learns to stop on its own. I have heard if the "this is not my thought" process before. If it works for you, thats great. Some folks like to stick post it notes everywhere reminding them to check their emotional state. I think you need to be pretty damaged to have to go that far. 1

Ayahuasca has been turned into a carnival act. It can be a pretty vile experience for some. I personally would not want to do any drug that makes me vomit. Having said that, i have a friend who did clear out some dark stuff with it. Like all these drugs, the intention you have going in matters a lot to the experience.

Because emotions, energies, entities attach to internal organs and loosening them via the sounds of the icaros and then releasing via vomit is the quickest way to rid them. I view them more as cleansing activities as opposed to being away with the fairies as the main benefits. Mr H
Just as an aside. If folks want energetic release without the psychedelic component then kambo would be better than Ayahuasca.

The chinese government has the same system; its called SOCIAL CREDIT score Such systems make you deny parts of yourself so that you conform to behaviours that you are not comfortable with in order to comply with the dictats of government. But don't worry....it's coming to a town near you soon so you won't have to use a rubber band as the state will slap you on the wrist for you

One of my customers is an nhs nlp practitioner who handles gov and private contracts. She tried to recruit me as a trainee practitioner. She said you basically have to forget everything you know about yourself. I think every word she said had a subliminal MK undertone to it, as if me meeting her was the start of some unconscious process, which I didn’t agree to. Had no contact since, probably won’t again, thankfully. NLP short circuits your natural mechanisms, cancelling them out altogether, but in the background of your subconscious they’re welling up, still processing until one day you explode

I heard the same rubber band technique from a Zen Buddhist teacher as a way to bring the mind back into the present moment of sensory awareness, and away from abstract thinking. Other Buddhist teachers used to ring a bell for the same reason, or to take a pause and 3 breaths. Using the body to let go of negative or distracting thoughts.
