Yeah and pre-payment, according to Scottish Power, doesn't cover all costs.

I recently moved home (again, private landlord bastards), and was confronted with an almost £50 charge for gas, even though I was on pre-payment. When I enquired how and why, I was told that pre-payment doesn't actually mean that as any extra charges will be added on when either moving house or changing supplier. Extra charges meaning if I used emergency credit, which sometimes was unavoidable but it was automatically paid back when I topped up the meter, and somehow, VAT.

I refused to pay this extra amount so obviously they stated with the threat of debt collectors calling.

People should know the mass fraud of the utility scam.

All what is taking place right now is to sell the sustainable development bs death cult agenda 101 so we’re made to feel that “things can’t go on the way they’re”, press enter on the change.

I can try and explain more of this at a later date if anyone is interested, as I understand more people know about this and are reluctant to speak about it and I would definitely say do your research, it is a minefield and a lot of confusion and anger exists towards those who can see the scam by those who have been conditioned into enslavement as the norm. Even once you understand this there’s nothing you can say to make these people back off or say they won’t bother you anymore, you need to put it to them, know your rights and stand your ground and be prepared to do this and not be intimidated. It’s because so many people are intimidated that we have this state of duplicity or Stockholm Syndrome as people don’t want to admit this to themselves, so they lash out at others who they believe are showing this side of themselves. If you want to be complicit with scam and your own enslavement go ahead, don’t take it out on me. Likely though some of these people have something to lose by the scam being exposed…

 

Warrants 

 

Even if anyone anywhere tells you otherwise… As they will like within the msm they’ll try and justify this and websites by the authority’s surrounding utilities…

Which means tell them to go and whistle with their fake warrants as no judge will put their name to it, wet signature  or digital. A signature should exist, not just an imposition.

 

This is why a judge won’t sign their “warrant” as for a warrant to be established, first of all a crime would have to be committed even though this is a civil matter so your rights and common law shouldn’t be negated to fulfil a business deal, negotiation or contract for profit. They should require your consent or stop providing the service and potentially send the outstanding debt they suggest exists to a debt collector.

Why do you think they can’t and won’t do this?

Especially where and when dispute exists. Your side should be heard but they don’t make a fair playing field to hear your side. This is why the won’t take you to court due to breach of contract as no legitimate contract exists and these “companies” are not actually doing anything at all to provide your service. They’re just taking your money.

The only place your service comes from is the national grid and this scam has been setup to swindle the masses and turn them into slaves. Do people remember a bloke called Nikola Tesla?

 

Instead, you should seek to demand proof of a legitimate contract between the person they’re coming after and the corporation?

You should request proof of the costs being sought after and a VAT Invoice in keeping with the Bills of Exchange Regulations.

The way this has all been setup is fraudulent quite deliberately from the start so no legitimate contract actually exists.

They attempt to bind and blind people into their ignorance, servitude and acquiescence.

It is important to get your head around this.

 

Secondly, if we forget that for a moment and say they can execute warrants for contracts/legalese and civil agreements, they would have to determine a legal contract is in place between the individual and the company and request proof the money outstanding as being owed is actually genuine and not made up and that the individual said to be responsible is actually responsible for said debt?

If these are based upon “estimated bills” of course the debt is fictitious and they don’t have a leg to stand on.

If you go into dispute with them and immediately Remove theirs and all their third parties Implied Right of Access, they will still try and come on your land and very likely get a third party to do it for them - like fucking you wearing a condom for your health and safety even if some of us may call that rape, to them it’s business and we’re supposed to all fall into line and see things that way - but they have absolutely no right to be upon your land and you can tell them to leave.

If you speak the truth to them, they’ll stop responding to your emails which means they’re ignoring and harassing you.

Also, no legal contract exists between the individual and the energy company, you may as well be the man in the moon  

All you give them is a name and an address, perhaps the meter serial number and reading upon signing up.

You don’t give anything that “proves who you are” or agree to be attached to them for the rest of your life, especially if you wake up to the reality that they’re not doing anything to provide a service or any energy and as such you dispute their illegitimate bill and ask them to prove how you owe it and immediately remove their implied right of access as soon as you enter dispute.

Can you imagine taking out any form of contract for a car or a mobile phone and they don’t do a background check, demand proof of who you are and get you to agree to the terms and conditions of a contract?

This doesn’t happen with utilities they’re just more than happy to accept you as another sucker, just as you come and represent yourself, take your money because it’s money upon money for the square root of jack. They only start to care who you are when you enter disputes, often threatening to not speak with you unless you provide something or other, which you have absolutely no obligation to provide to them unless they prove they have a right to request it and say, what are you going to compare this to “for security” to see it’s me as you have nothing to compare it to as I never gave you anything?

Demand proof of a contract and obligations and take away their right to be upon your land and property until this has been determined. State your vulnerabilities should you have any.

 

The courts can’t and won’t do this - sign a warrant -  as they can’t prove it.

This is how and why they’re committing fraud as they haven’t proven liability before trying to enforce a warrant, they won’t even try as a rule of thumb because they don’t have a leg to stand on, which is exactly why a judge won’t sign it to protect themselves. Should you seek to challenge this later, the court will say it isn’t a legal document even though they try to use these to force the installation of SMART Meters in daft as a TWAT mode known as “Prepayment Meters” or else you’ll be sitting cold and in the dark…

This means you could potentially use this as proof of fraud, which is why if you’re out and they break into your property and install one of these against your wishes, they will not leave a note let alone the so called “warrant” that they’ve executed because its evidence that can be used against them. They won’t even show you the warrant if you are at home and you either allow them to do this or don’t demand proof of this warrant. They may even say they don’t have to show it you. All of this is using a defective instrument to deceive and commit fraud, trespass and break and entry.

 

If fraud wasn’t being committed and you was suspected of murdering someone you can bet they’ll sign the warrant based upon justifiable grounds to provide a warrant.

No justifiable ground exists for a judge to provide a warrant in terms of utility bills of contractual agreements/legalese which is why they may go along with the scam as they’re as guilty as the rest of these parasites but they won’t sign it in case you contest this against them personally and they could be disbarred just like a medical professional maybe struck off.

So they provide a piece of paper to spellbind you that is inadmissible as evidence for them to enforce although they will try but its also inadmissible should you contest because it doesn’t constitute evidence unless you seek to prove fraud and these people close ranks.

For most people, don’t try to fight this legally or lawfully.

Just refuse to cooperate with the fraud and your own enslavement and enforce your rights for yourself and any vulnerable people you may know in your area that this maybe perpetrated against.

That part is important as the most vulnerable people suffer the most with these bastards and many of these can’t seek to understand and enforce this for themselves and they’re wide open for exploitation.

So people are going to have to start doing this if we’re to overcome this mass fraud.

 

Furthermore, as this is your property, home and land you are completely within your rights to demand money from the said company for placing a piece of equipment of theirs upon your property and tell them the costs for installing the meter here (make up any figure you like) before they do and how much it will cost them per month (make up any figure you like) until you have it removed due to lack of payment by the company for not sticking to the terms of conditions they were made privy before installing said meter. Then go back to a suitable old fashioned meter I believe you can buy for around £40 and get it installed by a qualified professional. Charge them for storing the device until they come and collect it and take it away, the inconvenience and cost of having to replace the meter. They can only carry out this fraud against people so many times until their corruption falls apart and just keep doing it and refuse to comply with your own enslavement, it’s that simple.

Also if you do this, you can show they have refused to pay the costs you stated which is why the meter needs to be replaced and that the company knew this before attempting to install it against your wishes. If they wanted it keeping installed upon your property they should pay the bill…

They of course won’t pay you but this is what a contract is and if its your land and another company is placing a piece of their equipment here you can charge them whatever you like. Vodafone or EE couldn’t just stick a mobile antenna upon your front lawn without your permission but these people believe they have a right to do so. They don’t and can’t and if anyone else did this they’d need to pay or pay compensation for doing this against the will and interests of the owners of the land and property, if said company doing this didn’t own the land…

Know your rights and stand your ground.

If you in good faith signed up to a utility company and overnight they double the bills or more without your consent, say so or approval, you didn’t agree to this and can/should dispute this as fraud and stating no contract existed which you agreed to that said they had a right to do this and you’re simply not paying because of it and believe you’re being exploited…

That is exactly what’s going on. People with eyes and empathy can see and feel this beyond all doubt.

They’ve used this to dismantle small business, often impacting the most vulnerable who get help from such businesses.

They can’t turn your power off, only if you have one of their SMART meters in daft, deaf and dumb (TWAT) mode which is why they want everyone to have them as part of their technocracy and surveillance state.

Some people who have SMART Meters have had them turned into TWAT mode without notice or chance to prevent this. It’s about control…

But then if you go deeper down the rabbit hole as I’ve said, they’re not providing any level of energy at all it is a complete and utter scam. If you see the peoples occupying these companies they’re all well to do “Ex-military” brass, with heavy political involvement/agendas and a bunch of masons who have their agendas funded by the ignorance of the masses they have complying with their own enslavement.

Research and most importantly think about it for yourself and come to your own conclusion.

Thanks for that DannyUK. Absolutely understood but arguing with the monkeys(used to be one)well, it's like arguing with my kitchen mop. They'll remain argumentative as they reckon they have the high ground though no way do they. But they are kinda dumb too so they'll stick with being dumb. What if you opt out of their  power supply? Personally I've reached the stage that I'd rather do without it, and all it entails. I've sent notices to power companies that I'll destroy any equipment they fit. They still hound me for "bills", but other than that, haven't installed anything yet.

 

Complying is just funding a plan of the great cull imo.

Paraffin/Kerosene does work great (far more efficiently too) if you use and maintain the correct equipment. There's been a very successful targeted campaign against it for at least 50 years!

 

I'm wary of the EMF (circuit switching) of solar installations. But only a tiny panel needs to be used to power modern electronics - LED light, phone/pocket powerbank charging etc.

 

Heating is the big draw - but electronics should be kept completely separate to heating, unless you prefer to shiver through the next solar storm.. predicted this year

Demand proof of said “warrant” which they’re unlikely to produce, ask what court granted it and what judge signed it?
If a judge hasn’t granted and signed it, it has no legal weight and isn’t a legitimate warrant and can only be actioned by your ignorance and compliance.

No judge will sign their “warrant”.
Any of them.

Not yours, mine or one company compared to another company.

If it be wet ink or digital signatures.
They will not put their name or authority to it.
They know the warrants unlawful and no judge would want the repercussions should you go down the path of disputing this.
If you do go down the path of disputing an unlawful warrant which is not signed, it can’t be produced as evidence as it has no legal worth as evidence unless it’s signed. In other words no law has been exercised to produce their “warrant” that they’re trying to enforce and they know what they’re doing is fraud and they’ll do all they can to protect this and alienate you from doing anything about it.

It is a deceptive and defective Instrument being used to hoodwink you into compliance and therefore it is fraud.

Which their “warrants” are not, as what they’re doing is fraudulent and if they can get away with it you’ll never see the warrant or even a copy of it.

If this wasn’t fraudulent what’s taking place here, you’d be in court disputing the debt with one another and be held under obligations, terms and conditions of a lawful contract with one another. Just like any other lawful contract should you not pay it and the company seek recovery of the debt. This is to say, even if a legal contract exists it can’t exist to break or bypass laws, whilst these bunch of crooks are seeking to use legalese to negate law, deceive and swindle people.

As no lawful contract exists, these companies commit fraud and fiddle debt without rhythm nor reason usually attacking the most vulnerable.

Councils

 

All that money people are paying is being gambled with just like with the banks knowing the government will save them and they’ll be bailed out with more of the tax payers money they lost or looted in the first place and they’ll just increase our “bill”.

This is why even though councils are businesses for profit, they don’t have to declare any VAT on the revenue collected for council tax as it’s not going where people may imagine it’s going but it is being gambled with to more create profit or "they'll lose it" if you can believe that.

People miss a month’s payment and you’re being chased, hounded and harassed.

They’ll seek to recover money’s through an attachment of earnings and they’ll do all of this by committing fraud, never seeking a legitimate court, hearing or judgement. Where and when they do, they'll show you proof of their fraud by producing fraudulent documents of a summons or a so called liability order of a court that has never heard of you and has no record of you or said "liability order".

These are fraudulent peices of work produced by the council to swindle you through deceptive and defective instruments which is complete and utter fraud, they have absolutely no right to produce their own documents of law and fraudulently make them appear as if they've been created by any Magistrates Court, who never issued said documents and have absolutely no record of you. Councils in crisis: Town Hall debt levels staggering, MPs warn

The debt mountain at UK councils has reached staggering levels, posing a risk to local services, the Public Accounts Committee has said.

 

BBC analysis shows UK councils owe a combined £97.8bn to lenders, equivalent to around £1,400 per person.

Committee chair Meg Hillier warned of an "extreme and long-lasting effect" if more councils go bust.

Council leaders say years of government under-funding have forced them to invest in commercial ventures.

The comments come as town hall leaders have started to reveal stark draft budgets for the coming financial year.

Major cuts are being planned at Thurrock, Woking and Nottingham City Councils - all of which have effectively gone bust over the last two years, at least in part, due to failed commercial investments.

Leaders at Thurrock - which reported a financial black hole of £469m in 2022 and debts reaching £1.4bn - said they would have to make successive large cuts over the next three years to break even.
