Thank you for those links. I deeply appreciate your assistance, and that of any other forum members who feel like assisting. The volume of evidence to sift through here is HUGE. Also: mapping out the connections radiating from Ben Folds; Ryan Adams; and Elton John begins to pull on the loose-threads of the entire edifice of the 'music industry'.
