Music - Song - is Consumed! - not just listened to!

it is sound, resonance, energy...

it is consumed, stored in us. in our brain? in our minds? in our soul?

we can remember (most of us?) music,songs, the songs from cartoons for example from 20-30 years back,
it is so clear, its amazing. 

considering what we now know about the music industry and its evils,
i wonder, just what effect the music has on us - without us being consciously aware!

Just from an experiential view, when for example I listen to rap music, during the period you feel like a gangster. I can imagine some would take to the next step and behave IRL as a gangster

 

If I listen to a sad song, I will feel sad which may result in sad action same with happy.

 

The Peruvians use icaros, sounds to heal and recalibrate your energetic centres.

 

In my experience music and sound can have a profound effect on your current state which can influence future behaviour

Yes! i have seen, experienced this too

 

did not know about the icaros,looking into it, thank you!
reckon it would be similar to prayer,binaural meditation music,hymns,etc
