How to give up desire of things

If you wish to.

You change your inner monologue from using nouns and pronouns and substitute with verbs. You will be inventing new words 🫢

This also reflects our actual experience more accurately as there are only seemingly separate things, no actual separate things. Everything is a movement from I.

If there are no things there can be no desire for things.

  • Mr H changed the title to How to give up desire of things

I also suggest this experiment eliviates mental suffering.

Most mental suffering revolves around a fictitious, seperate I character who suffers because of this belief itself and all this fantasy entails - fictional characters and objects. If seen as they truly are, actions, movements, there is nothing personal involved......much becomes more peaceful, practical, and useful.
