Fears ‘Satanists’ have returned to New Forest village after lamb found with slit throat

Bramshaw residents are worried occult-style animal killings have returned to an area plagued with mysterious attacks and rituals since 2019

Quote

Fears are growing that “Satanists” have returned to the New Forest after a lamb was found with its throat slit.

Villagers said they are concerned that individuals who terrorised a beauty spot with occult-style animal killings have returned to the area after the 10-week-old animal was dumped at a pond.

Farmer Patrick Langdown, 66, said an agister alerted him to the lamb after a member of the public made the grim discovery two miles from his home in Bramshaw, a picturesque village in the national park in Hampshire.

Mr Langdown added he was “very shocked” to realise it was one of his.

Bramshaw has been plagued by mysterious occult-style attacks for the last four years and in January, animal hearts surrounded by candles were found at a beauty spot as part of an apparent ritual.

A few weeks earlier, a local reverend raised the prospect of “witchcraft” after his church was targeted in “upsetting” attacks.

Occult markings

A dead cat was found hanging from the church’s flagpole, a dead fox was deliberately placed on the doorstep and in 2019, vandals sprayed the same church with phallic and Satanic symbols.

That same year, police launched an investigation after sheep and cattle were found stabbed and sprayed with occult markings in the space of five days within a few miles of each other in the area.

Mr Langdown said everybody who grazes livestock in the area is “worried” and he can’t sleep at night in fear of another incident.

He said: “We come from an industry which provides animals for meat, but this was quite horrible.

“There’s been weird things happening in the forest for a while now, with the dead sheep and the cats on poles and all those bits and pieces.

“I did have five sheep killed last year, and their skins were left behind, and in another field, some of my sheep were let out and got poisoned by rhododendron plants.

“I’ve got sheep all over the place, but these ones need to be close to home, so I can’t move them somewhere else.

“It leaves a bitter taste. You don’t sleep. Any bang, any noise, you wonder what is going on. One day, hopefully, they'll make a mistake.”

‘Emotional upset’

Mr Langdown said he had been made aware of a recent incident in nearby Beaulieu involving a dead lamb with a bible placed on it.

He added: “We [commoners] are all worried, but there is nothing you can do. You can’t police them 24/7.”

Mr Langdown said he had given up trying to report the incident to Hampshire Police after being left on hold for over an hour.

Andrew Parry-Norton, Chair of the Commoners Defence Association, said: “From a CDA point of view, the attacks are horrific, but it also creates shockwaves throughout the commoning community.

“It is not only a financial loss, but the emotional upset it causes. We all worry about our stock as it is, but this is mindless.”

He urged the public to be vigilant

Wouldn't be Satanists. Satanists are actually quite sound to be fair.

Definitely odd occult groups around that area though. Wiccan was actually creating down that neck of the words.

What's so occult about slitting animals' throats, isn't that how mainstream religions do ritual slaughter instead of stunning them? The only difference here is that the animal isn't eaten, and ofc it's done without permission.

Yes, I won't eat a meat curry unless I'm sure it's not halal. Which is hard to do, often it's not labelled or just labelled with that arabic word for halal.

All religions are occult rituals guised as Christian or Islamic or whatever religion you want to sugar coat these rituals with.

Yup. I believe the Old testament God to be the ruler of this world. If Christ is God and love, that would go against the genocide, human sacrifices, animal sacrifices and the other evils committed in th OT at the OT God's command

Do we think there is a religion that is worth it, somewhere Gods name is spoken?

I wonder because I have done a week in spiritual church now and have felt signs there, and many more signs outside, that or I'm mental and humanity is constantly looping with me until we get it right or don't. I'm planning on doing another week, there is an open day for the local spiritual church celebrating the opening annually, then I'll make up my mind if I'll continue.

To be honest I always thought religions were dogmatic, but the more I go to a church I feel young people would do far better to be around a place full of "normal" people and positivity and the idea of loving god, than being at home in bed watching tik tok. For a starters it gets you out the house, and you often end up having a bumble around town and doing something active and even planning some productive things..

I'm getting into researching all the religions now, and have been taking lots of wisdom from Sadghuru and others, whether he is a wife killer or not, in the wef or not, I wonder if gods test is actually to see beyond details and see what good he left for us, that works for us. I am thinking of taking my mum to sadghuru on the 18th in london, just to get her out the house and try to do something positive to work on her soul, she needs it so much, all she does is travel from the box (house) to another box (work), and I wonder if thats why she cant move forwards.

It's so nice to be around people that are in search of god or trying to walk with god, people who are trying to do good things, as opposed to deleting the idea of god in the name of thinking religion is just dogmatic and just about control. I gave my life to Jesus many years ago, not baptist but through a friend, I had given up "walking with god" twice since and have found myself now on a path that I don't see I can fall off, because I'm not focused on any one religion, I think that's how I wound up at spiritual church, and have since found there are christian spiritualists and all sorts we can learn about. I do have a feeling I'm being guided to seek knowledge more than ever, and religions make a lot of sense to me because there is so much knowledge and message of both scientific and not scientific aspects, and they date way back as we know. I know I won't give up on god in my heart, to me god is a simple word we can use to describe all, and if god gave us some ability to do good or bend our fate in one direction, I have faith that good is the answer, because the alternative is not for me. It's nice to feel for once I can't be proven wrong, but rather gain some more knowledge, and do with it as I please..

All I know is that my life is feeling better than ever, I'm calmer than ever, more prepared than ever, not kicking myself for everything, taking accountability for everything, going out of my way to put a smile on anyone's face, and to connect and fill people with hope and joy. At the same time I'm still here in one of my safe places, discussing anything we want... It's very good when you can see it in that way, I like waking up at 3:30 without an alarm and jumping in a cold shower, doing some walking and/or physio, sun gazing e.t.c. before work, coming home from work and jumping in a another cold shower to reset myself for an evening of productivity, and also not kicking myself for getting into bed tonight at 6pm with a cold pack under my back and waking up at 11pm to do what I wanted to do at 6pm, I really start to see how time is an illusion, it's for us to use it how we need to, not how science tells us to.

To be honest I think out of everything science is the most dogmatic thing on earth, but we need that theory to create an idea of anything? I think I've gone mental regardless, I'd rather be crazy if everybody else is sane 😆

There's nothing complicated about it. Or anything to do with religion probably.

There's good and evil, and this is just the growing trend of those who think evil is clever, because they havent managed the challenge to become highly evolved, so they carry out vandalism and cruelty on sentient creatures. Theyre mentally and spiritually much lower than the divine animal frequency, so take it out on animals, to try and achieve some superiority, is all it is. Literally the most base form of human existence. Pagan, wicca, call it what you like.

Been going on in the New Forest for eons, lots of BBC connections there too.

Wouldn't it be good if they would slit there own scumbag  throats, rather than everybody elses. Make the ultimate sacrifice. Show satan how far they would go for the  love of him. Yeah. That sounds like a good idea. Think we should take a vote and send it off to the local masonic lodge

The problem with religion is it is a type of control and fear. Think how many kids have lost a parent who didn't believe in Juses or Mohammad or some other religious figue, that kid no doubt will hear at some point about the ghastly doctrine of hell. I think there is some truths to religion, but think about this Jesus said "The path to life is narrow, enter into the narrow gate. The road to destruction is wide, many enter into destruction". If many enter into destruction I'm guessing many self professing Christians will enter into destruction eeing as roughly half the population are said to be Christian. I don't think one denomination has all the answers. What if it turns out that the Jewish religion is right? Or the Islamic faith? Many Christians will have a red face come Judgement day.

You're right about science. If science can't prove something they claim it doesn't exist. Not to mention the millions of people that are swollowing pills from big pharma not knowing what's in these pills. I've been on thm for years and they seriously have some bad side effects or withdrawls.

I think there is a problem with definition.

For example, I can make my own god. 😆

I don't think Jesus said that exactly, not even in the sermon on the mount - it's just the dumbed down modern translation.. It's from the folk song tradition. EG: Don't you see yon narrow, narrow road, so beset with thorns and briars. That is the road to righteousness, after it but few enquire. Don't you see yon broad, broad road that lies across the lily leaven, that is the road to wickedness, though some call it the road to heaven. Of course there a third one too.  Strait is the gate, and narrow is the way - but don't you guys think that Jesus himself is the gate?

 Also as I know it

In the old ballad it was the road to Elfland ie heaven that  True Thomas the Rymer of Ergeldourne was making for when he met the lady on the white horse she advised him to avoid the wide road to wickedness. (And nowadays any vaccines!)

Also there is the parable of rich man who it harder for the rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven than pass through the eye of a needle

Someone told me that was the name of a passage way where travellers had to remove their baggages to get through this narrow pass ? Makes sense anyhow I suppose baggage could mean anything clouding the spirits journey ?
