Sounds a bit dodgy to me, your right to be concerned but if something is about to go down, wouldn't this be happening all over the UK ? Or is this just the start ? I was at Swynnerton in the early 1970's, I can only remember one camp, and that was a real shithole, old Nissan huts mainly, and we did countless night exercises around the outskirts of Stone! The locals weren't friendly in any of the pubs we frequented, but then, we were young and probably full of ourselves, I feel the same way about some of todays young people! Years late I took my H.G.V. test pretty much near there, but never took much notice of the area then, too busy concentrating on the test I suppose!
