Captainlove
Hi people, My sister went to my local park and this lovely crow landed on my back and arm not aggressive at all, then followed me around for a good hour while in the park. But went when i left. Any ideas, does this have any meaning or is it a friendly bird? Thanks

We have all sorts where I live, we've even got a seagull who quite often just wonders into the kitchen to pinch the cat's grub. Usually Crows symbolize something sinister, or maybe I've watched to many movies.

Could be a Brewer's Blackbird which has blue/green tinged feather. Whether Crows are good or bad omen depends on which side you are on. It's good for some people. There are blue jays in the UK. I've seen many, they are fantastic divers and love peanuts. https://whatismyspiritanimal.com/spirit-totem-power-animal-meanings/birds/blackbird-symbolism-meaning/ Edited May 26 by DaleP

Cleo
In my opinion, the bird merely took a liking to you - you clearly give off a good vibe.

It certainly is, my hubby was driving home from work one day, when there were hundreds of Jackdaws that had stopped all the traffic, apparently there was this injured Jackdaw in the road & they were obviously trying to save it, has luck had it there was a RSPCA van in the queue of traffic who picked the bird up and took it. Another time when I were driving, I had to stop while a mother and her young ducklings crossed the road & the on coming traffic had also stopped, bought a tear of happiness to my eye.

Yeah we have a road like that near here....a pond in the middle of a complex of offices....and they cross in the evening....so organised...the cars always stop. I remember once though someone didn't and someone got very upset that it was such a narrow miss. There's also a very sad story in the news this week of a Dad who got run over trying to let some ducks cross the road.
