Following Shofield leaving TM and what is now coming out about this truly unpleasant individual, do we think the scandal ridden Narc has been at it all this time grooming minors and then having his way, I mean just what a despicable man he really is😠

Something not said by anyone yet, here or elsewhere, is that those who abuse have a high probability of coming from an abusive background. I would think that as his brother has similar tendencies this goes back further than just what is in front line news.

What we do know by now, is that entertainment companies are run by those who are good at finding and employing damaged people.

I know this will probably get my head blasted off by the angry mob here, however, it could also be that the Schofield boys are victims too and this runs much deeper than surface news suggests.

No it's a fair point - the odds are that Schofe and his brother were probably abused themselves, that seems to be how the cycle goes.

Yeah, from listening to a lot of psychotherapists it would seem that it's quite a high percentage. Which, obviously does not explain or condone what he has been accused of, but it's got to mess you up for sure and is part of a larger picture of abuse.

Poor Gordon. They should have let me adopt him. I would have saved him and given him lots of love and cuddles.

As I write your name Useyournous, I find I'm reading it properly for the first time; I get it now, good one!

So anyway, he looks like he's being smothered enough thank you very much! 😆🌈😂

I would agree with you there, there probably is a likelihood that both Philip and Timothy suffered from abusive upbringings.

However while I will agree that this does 'sort of' make them victims in all of this, it should not be seen as being any 'excuse' for their behaviour. It offers an 'explanation', that's all.

There are a lot of abuse victims who don't go on to become abusers.  And also abusers who haven't actually been victims. I do firmly believe that a lot of them are born like that, and it's not hard to tell once you meet them. I remember a barrister saying to me once that he feels like just asking the jury to shake their hand and then they will immediately know !!

Yes it's a tough one  really the abused repeating behaviour learned to become an abuser. It's all about the programmes installed in youth.

Programming can be changed though.
