I've no issue with GenZ myself.

I think the issue is late boomers and perhaps the earliest GenX who are unable to adapt to the new world, but like to spout opinion via the press etc.

I've always hated boomers at work, most are too stubborn and stupid to be effective. GenX and Millennials are better as at least we invented most of the tech, and can teach GenZ to integrate.

And look, this Boomer led war has been going on for a while, see this link from 2014.

boomers are largely parasitic scum who get a kick out of ironically calling us millennials entitled

Boomers used to say the same about GenX.

Personally I'm think boomers are lazy and entitled demanding triple lock pensions for which they paid insufficient funds into the system overall. Most of the NWO elite are also boomers, I'm hoping they fail to get their life extension technology in time...

Divide as usual

no matter the generation I know some things never change … there is always similar or identical feelings found however much time passes.

I also noticed the attempt to show the apparent criticism of the older people by the younger generation. No attempt to unite or show common bonds between anyone.

I observe old and young musicians looking at and appreciating each other, teaching helping supporting and enjoying time together.

Just one example.

Interesting. I work construction so I don't get to see a lot of gen Z but in my experience they are completely useless and very difficult to break through to, especially their parents are boomers I find most if not all of them are quite Liberal thinking and still think the gov needs to do xyz like they can or do anything good at this stage. They blame the same party they are voting for.

Only got to see Clarkson farm to see gov is happy with supermarket forcing British farmers out of work because they'd rather buy eu pigs for 37p cheaper.

What about the air miles? Climate change? Doesn't that show people it's a load of rubbish?? Wasn't brexit about building this country up? I'll happily pay a little more to pay British farmers and get British meat! Everyone is sick in the head if you ask me, its not just gen z. We got no purpose, why should they be bothered.

Oh but if you work really really hard for 65 years and get lucky to live till 75 you'll get 10 years of freedom and if you lived below your means you just might have 5pence to show for it. Wow. Most people don't really exist outside of the couch, lying in bed, and watching telly.... so fed up of everything now inefficient nonsense

It's just variations on a theme,  they said the same things about my generation in the 90s, as the jobs were sent off to the far east.

It's a blame game and Liberal folk don't want to take accountability, they don't like going deep with us because we do take accountability not only for ourselves but for the morons around us

Seems to be a coordinated effort, I wonder what the motive is 🤣;

Gen Z workers blasted as ‘selfish’ amid calls to return to the office

Young Aussies just can’t seem to catch a break, with a CEO now branding Gen Z workers “selfish” for engaging in a common work trend.

Come on. You're better than that. They print crap like that just to get a reaction out of people and keep us at each others' throats. Unless you're on a wind up of course...

What a surprise - raised on stickers, mobiles, fluoride, junk food and lack of respect to anyone. Kids are intentionally raised to be lazy and being asshole is rewarded - my observation from the school...

It is curious why there is such a coordinated effort right now to attack Gen Z. Is it that Gen Z are too opinionated and have too much confidence in what they say? I am genuinely asking here as although yes, pitting generations, ages, genders against each other is nothing new, this does seem a bit too coordinated. Are they trying to bring Gen Z down a peg or two? What is the angle here?

Yes, it's the flip side of when millennials or gen z are supposed to blame the boomers for today's problems like the housing crisis, climate crisis, pension crisis, etc. The agenda seems to be to drive a wedge between the generations to continue to chip away at family cohesion.

Maybe they are aware but they aren't expressing it by joining unions like their ancestors used to.

I cannot help thinking there is more to it than that. I mean, I agree with what you are saying, but that also applies to all sectors. Maybe the Gen Z generation are the first of those generations to come through the 'system' that have truly been programmed with all the leftist ideas; environmental issues, gender freedoms, transgender, by social media influencing all through their lives, by the left leaning education system, and by the notion that previous generations are to blame for all the ills of the 'World'. There are more I have missed too.

I know we have all been pitted against each other, and no generation has been immune from being pitted against another, but I don't ever remember a time where everything wrong with the 'World' has been blamed on other generations before them, particularly around environmental issues, and price of property etc. And of course we know that it is not the previous generations, but the 'Elite' that are to blame, the 'Elite' have cleverly averted the blame somewhere else. And we know that the newer generations are being used to further the agenda as these generations are the most vocal and passionate (perhaps that is simply age, we were all more vocal when younger), particularly on social media where this 'war' is being played out.

I have had heated 'debates' with the few Gen Z'ers I know over the blame they afford to 'baby boomers' and other gens, and have reminded them that all through history, every generation looks back with shame on things they allowed to happen, and that they won't be immune to that, and gave a few examples of the things that happen today that could be 'future shames' bestowed on them. I do think this is perhaps a well worn strategy being played out here; the 'Elite' use a certain demographic for their own gains, but then need to constantly monitor that and reign them in at times, a little like the 'whack a mole' game. I haven't explained myself well here for some reason, but I hope it makes sense.

Edited to add: I think the gist of what I am proposing here is that, Gen Z have been afforded a certain amount of power to advance the agenda given they are/were the most active on social media and the most vocal, but that now, the ''Elite' recognise they have too much power and are having to reign in back in a little?

Thank you Thatcher but Blair was absolutely complicit in killing the unions. Union is a dirty word to many people these days.

That may have been the plan all along.

Send gullible youths into battle.

Then swipe the legs from under them as planned.

On to generation A now.

That's basically it in a nutshell.

It's just more identity politics, with different generations labelling each other and being set up to clash with each other.
