HRT

This is a dominant topic in the media right now with awareness of the menopause and doctors giving talks on HRT on every chat program going .

Pushing for women to take it .

This feels like vacine hysteria all over again .

Not coping with the menopause myself I have a dilemma.

I confess that I use bioidentical hormones - not from NHS - I really think they saved my life. Won't be right for everyone, but I went to a private clinic and I get a specially made up prescription with the right balance of hormones for me - means I have to have blood tests and a pelvic scan every year and it is expensive, but it has really made a difference. You could just try estriol and progesterone cream from someone like Biovea first. Didn't really work for me, but did make a slight difference (which is why I explored further). I don't make cortisol or thyroid hormones properly either.

Pushing...because I think there is a group of women who is asking for free prescription because it's not a disease per say but it does affect majority of women.

Imagine, if you remove vitamin D or even C from your diet, it will affect the functionality of your body and ability to fight infection amongst many other things.

For both women and men, estriogen is essential to survive, not just for fertility though needing varying amount.

I see it like an eco system. If one thing disappears from the environment, it has an impact on other eco species.

For many women, progesterone is more important as that declines faster and is needed for whole cortisol cycle as well. Estrogen declines less if you are a bit fat. My hormones were never quite right again after a head injury from a car crash - damage to the pituitary or hypothalamus will bugger everything up, even if you get lots of vitamins and minerals.

Well they are pushing the story lines about HRT out on all the soaps, so you could be right Eve & there could be more to this than meets the eye.

I haven't looked into this but have you tried Zohar Pinchas, verses 399-442 if you have it? You could just scan the text?

I'd also try to treat the trauma energy that has been left in your aura.

I'm not sure that is the right way to use it - looks more like ego than bestowal - stuck in Assiya forever. The Zohar isn't there to explain physical aspects of the body, but the goal of creation and the attainment of the creator - ie spiritual stuff. Written in the language of our physical world to help us to understand it.

Well yes, that is one way to look at it.

It is written in Hebrew alphabets and it is a light language. The readable sentences are for people who want to understand it intellectually while combination of alphabets are keys to unlock the energy that is available to us, much like runes and other ancient alphabets that has power of its own. In another words, things like Psalms (in Hebrew) are written in a prayer format so that people will understand meaningful sentences but something else is also encoded. I can't read Hebrew but that doesn't matter. My unconscious which is linked with the Universe knows what it means and realign according to the codes. This is the same way a corporate logo works.

Some prefer to, but the attainment of the Creator doesn't always have to be intellectual.

Sometimes you get a download, without reading a book or having to attend a class, and you'll understand a lot of things in an instant.

You must have heard about people who become a master level painter overnight. These people didn't attend classes for years to learn techniques.

They simply connected to the energy of genius (of a particular talent) and became one just like that.

I went to Hebrew classes as a child BTW, but I don't remember that much since I rarely use it. But my Kabbalah classes are much more recent. That's all I'm saying.
