Well the forever anxious teenagers who constitute the Elite cannot sleep peacefully at night without knowing where you are, who you are with and what you are buying you see? People who have a brain and a personality can be dangerous. Its only when people live like they are canned produce that the Elite can feel truly safe. It takes great courage just to meet in Davos you see? One of the few moderately safe places left in this world full of DANGERS. People being able to go places and buy things without REGISTERING in the system? Well anything could happen if such DANGEROUS FREEDOMS are allowed... We wouldn’t want them losing any of us would we?! They want everything and everyone accounted for and in place, tagged chipped and humming away ready for the AI to fully merge with physical reality. One guy left up there on that mountain top? Nope, unacceptable, that’s a threat to us… 3

Look what happened to the onset of Covid, our lives were changed virtually overnight. The restriction put on how far we can travel, everyone was queueing patiently at the supermarkets, they though Asians were funny wearing masks but they bought boxes of it and wore them....

If there is going to be intrusive surveillance, I can understand it at airports and borders because of the age we live in, and the world is tribal. I don't just want any nutter entering my country, it puts vulnerable Brtitish people in danger. Intrusive domestic surveillance of citizens like in China is going too far though. Surveilling the borders helps protect the citizens of that country, but if you surveil the citizens living their day to day lives domestically then you're just becoming a tyrant that doesn't care about the people.

Ask yourself if these 'intruders' travel by plane and do they really need to scan all your personal belongings... Taking off shoes... WHy not fucking pants and bra?! I was close to explode last time. Travel by plane is traumatic experience and I feel it's getting worse every year. Not only entering UK but also leaving... Like in some jail. And BTW those who set up the rules didn't ask people if they want them. I don't now how old are you but you can ask some older people that it looked different in the past. People were treated with respect and dignity. Did you have these 'intruders' that time? Now it resembles transport of life stock. I hear what you are saying but, hasn't it ALWAYS been this way? Because of the age we live in? Is this the age of......'they' create or exasperate a problem (or at least an illusion of one), the public react (no offence), 'they' offer the solution? Now, how did we manage all the years before this? I can't remember......says the next generation!

The tyranny you describe would be difficult to reverse once it is in place. Once you have 1984 style 24/7 surveillance in place... ...how do people come together and organize against it? They would always know where everyone is, with whom everyone is and also why people are meeting somewhere. Then its just a matter of detaining the strongest in character and all that's left is a disorganized movement of the frightened, with no discernible leaders.
Grumpy Owl
I found this 'interesting' from the Twitter thread posted earlier: (took a screenshot as I couldn't embed just that tweet on its own) So there you go, if your social credit score is 'too low', then you have the option of paying money to the government to have it 'raised'. It ends up becoming another form of taxation (or extortion if you like). 1
