If you watch the video it is a fungus like shopping-skyscraper open on all sides inside with a round holographic projection dome around it. Basically nobody in their right mind wants to visit the Wahabi Kingdom so they are pulling Qatar/Dubai style tourist-stunts to attract foreign tourists.
