I have been banned from 3 Mcdonalds in Poole UK for speaking my mind about bad standards of practice. Dirty tables, floor slippery and also been rude to staff.  Sending staff home early making those left behind like paid slaves completing orders for drive thru, delivery drivers and indoor customers.  Only 4 members of staff to do all that.  Just be careful sneezing or farting you be banned.

My thought from teenage years is that ALL restaurants, businesses, churches, municipal/"public" buildings are all owned and run by the BEAST.  It has been that way since I was a kid, I knew this intuitively.  It would've been a good idea for folks to create their own businesses (at least) to put these corporate scum out of business.  Didn't happen, so here we are.  I wouldn't mess with any of them either - picture them as simply not worth it.  People who work there are letting themselves in for it unfortunately.  Soon all this will be swept away with some nuclear rockets, economic and natural disaster.  They won't be around for the next greater world -

If you've been rude to staff, that's likely the reason. Just ask to see a manager, make your point, or write to head office. Rudeness to staff by customers will result in a ban. I won't go near shit holes like Maccy D's, and it doesn't surprise me how their employees are treated. But why be rude to them yourself.

I was actually always polite to staff and they loved having me there it was the fact that the store was being neglected recently and the floor was not being cleaned as it should because the staff who work on lobby were to busy in the kitchen due to organised reduced staff hours.  I was never inappropriate to staff yes I had banter with them but of course we are in the cancel culture world now.  I filled in one of their surveys and they threw their toys out the pram.

DaleP yes you right they shot themselves in the foot because I spent a lot of time and money using the store for my safe space due to my autism it takes a long time for me to accept change.

Sorry to hear about your difficulty.

I am sure there is another cafe more suitable to you? I'd imagine independfent cafe would be quieter than McDonalds?

What if you changed your diet and you recover from Autism? It is linked with things like gluten, sugar etc. Worth a think?

Right, that makes a lot of sense. I'd say, as someone on the autism spectrum myself, it's really important to find a good place. I'd agree that Maccy D is unlikely to be a suitable option. I don't go to a lot of places for the same reasons....too loud, seating not where I feel happy, grubby chairs, tables, floors etc. I'm lucky at the mo to have found at least a place or two that has that "safe space" effect, and the staff are well kind to me. Being a regular eventually builds a rapport and I make sure to be pleasant to them. But yeah all it'd take to fuck it up would be one or two new staff with lower standards or a bad vibe, and the whole thing would change. Seen it happen many times down the years.

Try a coffee place - I find Starbucks too loud and harsh, but Costa have some quieter franchise places. More peaceful and they generally have high standards with the hygiene and staff behaviour.

I'm not diagnosed as Autistic but I find it it's hard to concentrate if there's loud music especially if you are meeting someone. I can play music at home and that's a different thing....it might be because I'm at home in a familiar setting? Having to adjust to my new glueten free diet which I am not coping....many of the places are now off the limit for me. I can't socialse because of jabbed people, can't eat out mostly...... I'm gonna have to make many things from scratch. oh well.
