Researchers link ultra-processed VEGAN food products to heart disease risk and early death
06/24/2024 // Lance D Johnson // 50 Vi

In some psychotic attempt to starve people of real, nutritious foods, the global climate change cult has demonized meat and dairy products, attributing them to increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide and warming temperatures that allegedly threaten our collective future.

The UK Climate Change Committee has brainwashed the public on this idea, calling on the collective to drastically decrease their consumption of “high carbon” meats and dairy products by 2030. This has led to dramatic investments in highly processed “vegan” food products across the UK.

These vegan foods are typically derived from plants, but they are oftentimes highly processed and contain filler ingredients. Moreover, these highly processed vegan products are not absorbed properly and are not suited to fulfill the dietary needs of individuals, especially individuals with specific blood types and high activity levels.

Now, a new study published in the Lancet finds that processed vegan food products are linked to cardiovascular disease risk and early death. This is an important issue in the UK and other developed countries. In the UK, cardiovascular disease affects approximately 7.6 million people and accounts for a quarter of all deaths.

Processed vegan food products cause heart disease, but real plant-based foods reduce the risk

While traditional veganism emphasizes whole fruits, vegetables and grains, modern veganism now includes a spectrum of ultra-processed foods (UPF). These UPFs encompass a wide range of products, from sugary snacks and beverages to plant-derived imitations of meats and dairy, all characterized by extensive industrial processing.

These UPF’s are typically high in unhealthy fats, sugars, colors, emulsifiers and additives while lacking in essential nutrients and fiber. Studies have linked increased consumption of UPFs to elevated risks of various health conditions, including cardio metabolic disorders and premature mortality. Their chemical composition and altered physical structures contribute to these adverse health outcomes, undermining the benefits of medicinal herbs and actual plant-based diets that do prevent chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease.

The UK Biobank study addresses these gaps by analyzing large-scale data to differentiate between the impacts of plant-sourced whole foods versus ultra processed vegan foods on cardiovascular disease risk and mortality. The prospective cohort study looked at medical and mortality records for more than 500,000 participants aged 40–69 years between 2007 and 2010, encompassing regions across England, Scotland, and Wales. This is the first large-scale cohort study to examine both the degree of food processing and food source (plant vs. animal) in relation to cardiovascular disease risk. The study also investigates the effects of non-red meat consumption, particularly distinguishing between UPF and non-UPF varieties. Replacing ultra-processed plant-based foods with non-ultra-processed ones was found to lower the incidence of cardiovascular disease by 7% and coronary heart disease mortality by 13%. For every 10% increase in real, plant-based foods, the risk of death from heart disease fell by 20%. When the source of plant-based foods comes from ultra processed vegan food products, there's a 12% spike in heart-disease related deaths.

Lead author Fernanda Rauber commented on the study: "Food additives and industrial contaminants present in these foods might cause oxidative stress and inflammation, further aggravating the risks. Those shifting towards plant-based foods should also think about the degree of processing involved before making their choices."

Co-author Eszter Vamos is urging nutritional guidelines to promote plant-based diets, and differentiate them from ultra processed vegan food products. "While ultra-processed foods are often marketed as healthy foods, this large study suggests that plant-based ultra-processed foods do not seem to have protective health effects and are linked to poor health outcomes," she said.

A flood of designer vegan food products are contributing to one of the greatest health problems of the times, while clean, nutritious meats, raw dairy and herbal medicinesare demonized out of existence. It's just another way for the climate change cult to kill people off -- making everyone believe they are eating healthy and saving the planet, while they are pumped full of processed garbage and barred from eating nutritious, whole foods.

Are There Vaccines in our Food Supply?

https://davidicke.com/2024/06/26/are-there-vaccines-in-our-food-supply/

RNA injections are already in use in pigs. 😱

In the US, the experimentation of mRNA shot (continuous release) in cows is expected to end in 2026.

But this video says, it's already been done back in 2023.

American Farmers To Begin Injecting Livestock With mRNA Shots This Month

I suspect this though it could also be that we may be shedded by food handlers, chef, anyone who touches food and breath in the process.

Remember, if they are not wearing a pair of gloves, sweat comes out from their hands too but we may need to think about nanoparticles coming out of their breath even if they are wearing a mask.

Funnily, I was reading people's comment yesterday that manufactured food changed taste one way or another. While I think that manufacturers may be switching to cheaper ingredients hence loss of their product quality, knowing the cunts, it could be possible that vaccines are included in a roundabout way e.g. hidden ingredients which does not require labelling. For example, in some countries, cricket powder could be labelled as amino acid. 🥴 So we don't know what's really in the manufactured food even if we read labels religiously and better to stick with organic, cook and bake from scratch. 😔 I know it is a lot of work but it's that or worsen your inflammation and join the zombies.

You do know that vegetables can catch Covid as well? Because they are injecting vaccine for Corona too in the US.

I suspect that your pens and clothing will be vaxxed in the future. There is no escaping, is there? 😱

If it reaches this stage, I think we all need to make ourselves immune by using mathematic _ _ _ _ick.

This is bang on.

Prices are still stupid and about to get steeper whilst quality and availability go down.

I know it’s been a shit year for olives, but four or five months ago a litre of Aldi olive oil would cost you £5.79, it used to be around £4.89 before that.

Price as of yesterday was £7.29!

The War on Farmers will cause “food wars” – not climate change

BY RHODA WILSON ON JUNE 27, 2024  ( LEAVE A COMMENT )

According to a report by the Financial Timesyesterday, Olam Agri, one of the world’s largest agricultural commodity traders, has warned that the world is heading towards “food wars” due to geopolitical tensions and climate change which are pushing countries into conflict over dwindling food supplies.

Speaking at the Redburn Atlantic and Rothschild consumer conference last week, Sunny Verghese, Olam Agri’s CEO, said trade barriers imposed by countries are exacerbating inflation and pushing countries into conflict over waning food supplies.

“Big agricultural commodity traders, which reaped record profits in 2022 after Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine sent food prices soaring, have been accused of exacerbating flood price inflation through profit-boosting mark-ups,” the Financial Times said.

“Food prices started to climb in the wake of covid-19 and surged following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine as some exports of grain and fertilisers were blocked by the conflict. This deepened food insecurity in poorer countries and left consumers all over the world facing a cost-of-living crisis,” the news outlet noted.

But Verghese argued that elevated food price inflation was in part the result of government intervention. A proliferation of non-tariff trade barriers in 2022 in response to the war had “created an exaggerated demand-supply imbalance.”

The gist of his argument is that trade barriers and protectionist policies are creating tensions between countries, leading to conflicts over food supplies while climate change is affecting global food production, leading to shortages and price increases, which can spark conflicts over resources.

While Trade barriers and conflicts can lead to price increases, making food unaffordable for many people, conflicts over food supplies can lead to food insecurity, malnutrition and even famine.  And “food wars” could have a significant impact on the global economy, leading to economic instability and recession.

If there is a concern about “food wars,” why are governments of Western nations waging a war on farmers in the name of climate change?

The War on Farmers is a global phenomenon and it has been gaining momentum in recent years. Various forms of attacks, restrictions and policies imposed on farmers by governments, corporations and environmental groups, threaten farmers’ livelihoods, national food security and the global food supply.

For example, the Dutch government has imposed strict regulations on farming practices, including reducing the use of nitrogen fertilizers, which has led to protests and concerns about food security.

Another example is the US government’s policies, such as the Renewable Fuel Standard, which have led to increased costs for farmers and reduced crop yields, making it difficult for them to compete with large corporations.

The War on Farmers continues.  Yesterday, livestock farmers in Denmark were warned that the farts and burps from their cows, sheep and pigs will be measured and taxed from 2030, the first country in the world to do so as it targets methane emissions.

And yesterday, the No Farmers No Food campaign posted the video below of a British farmer. “We’re now being paid to stop growing food and grow wildflowers,” he said.

Other policies for “climate change” that are destroying farming include the installation of “green” energy sources on prime agricultural farmland. A UK petition to stop mass-scale solar panels from being installed on prime agricultural land states: ”Utilising prime farmland for mass-scale solar energy projects … puts our future food security at risk.”  (You can sign the petition HERE.)

Read more: Farmers are being booted off their land in a drive for more solar power, former union chief warns, Daily Mail, 28 May 2024

It’s not global warming or a climate change “emergency” that could cause “food wars” –  it’s the War on Farmers.  It’s the attacks on farmers that have the consequences of creating food shortages, food insecurity and economic instability.

But that’s not Olam Agri’s worldview.  At the Redburn Atlantic and Rothschild consumer conference, Verghese urged the gathering of consumer industry executives, including the bosses of Coca-Cola and Associated British Foods, to “wake up” and take more action on climate change.  Governments should charge a tax for carbon, he argued.

This is the hypocrisy of the climate crisis agenda and it is a self-fulfilling prophecy.  Waging a War on Farmers to “fight climate change” and then blaming “climate change” for “food wars” is a never-ending cycle of problem-reaction-solution. It is the Hegelian Dialectic, manipulating public opinion and controlling society by creating a problem, eliciting a reaction and then offering a pre-determined solution.  A solution that only benefits self-styled elites and their agendas.

I've just read a comment dated November 2023 that Australia made it compulsory to inject mRNA into animals (it doesn't say whether it means all including chicken, pigs etc). It may be worthwhile checking from a credible source i.e. official site.

Hopefully, cooking (heat) meat destroy the stuff.....

I posted this up in the corona megathread and is relevant here too;

Trouble is that the stagnant economy and people dropping like flies has seriously affected the income steams of supermarkets.

When refrigerators get cranky they tolerate them to avoid the additional hardship of very expensive 'on-call' out-of-town refrigeration specialists and parts.

Often leading to slow progressive food spoilage. I bought frozen kiwi that looked like they had thawed a few times, made me ill.

Just to provide a little more depth and warn readers to cease assuming freshness as we once felt we could. Vigilence is the buzz word.

Who's gonna complain if you get food poisoning, right?

Harma makes more money. They quietly own a controlling interest in most supermarkets chains too. They have the money to stabilize food safety but that would negatively impact harmaceutical sales

https://davidicke.com/2024/07/29/uk-in-grip-of-top-down-starvation-policy/

from brilliant Julian Rose:

"

"There is very little time left to act in order to avert a full scale food/farming crisis. As a British farmer put it recently “Is the government going to change the agenda or let us starve?”

Well, that should be the question on the minds of all those still able to think; because the latter choice is not mere fantasy, but an integral part of the global shadow government’s agenda.

As with all things that reach their zenith of opposition to what is real and true, the excessively  heavy anti-life paraphernalia which blocks the essential simplicity of common sense based honest action, has to be done away with – in order to get back to something solid, real and supportive of human, animal and environmental life."

It is a stripping away of all excesses to the bare bones of necessity from which to make a fresh start.

So we return to soil, food, water and shelter. This is our bottom line from which to begin again. Soil, food and water all need to regain the characteristic of being ‘living’. And so do we."

I think all this about vax in animals and veg is nonsense fear mongering. I seem to recall that even transport of the vax had to be at special temperatures. I doubt it could survive either extreme heat or cold.

Staving the populace is much easier if your goal is to kill folks off. Why bother converting them to semi robots if you can just starve them out and get that bad loosh energy as a bonus...?

Never eat almonds, spinach and peanut butter (Here's why)

If you've been led to believe that peanut butter, almonds and spinach are good for you, today's email might shock you and is important to read, because these 3 healthy foods could be contributing to health problems in your body.

Let's take a quick look at why...

1. Peanut butter

While peanut butter does contain a small amount of protein and vitamins/minerals, the cons outweigh the pros on this food.

First of all, peanuts contain one of the highest concentrations of aflatoxin, which is a mold toxin that is created in peanuts due to storage in moist conditions.

Peanut butter is also very high in inflammatory omega-6 fats and due to the processing of peanut butter, those omega 6 fats are in a harmful oxidized state.

Most people already get too much omega 6 fats from vegetable oils (soy, corn, canola, etc), and this contributes to insulin resistance, heart disease, brain inflammation, and lots more health problems, since most people are currently eating 5-10x more omega-6 fats than we should be eating in a healthy diet.

Lastly, peanut butter also contains medium amounts of oxalates, which are plant-based antinutrients that when consumed in excess can contribute to kidney stones, thyroid and gut problems, joint problems and more.

We'll talk more about oxalates in the next food...

2. Spinach

Spinach is promoted as a healthy green, but contains FAR more downsides than good sides. Spinach is one of the highest oxalate foods that's commonly eaten by modern humans (in addition to beet greens, beets, almonds, and other veggies and nuts).

The amount of oxalates in a serving of spinach is extremely high, up to 600 mg in a normal sized bowl.

The "safe" amount of oxalates in a daily diet according to world renowned oxalate expert Sally Norton should be between 100-200 mg per day total to avoid a lot of the health problems caused by high oxalate plants.

So, you can see how concerning spinach is with the extremely high oxalate levels.

As mentioned above, eating too much oxalates too frequently can cause serious issues such as kidney stones, thyroid problems, gut damage, skin issues, and joint pain.

In fact, some people have even gotten "oxalate poisoning" by eating green smoothies too often and had to go to the ER for kidney failure.

3. Almonds

Although almonds and almond milk are marketed as healthy, they also contain many downsides, including all of the negatives mentioned above about too much omega 6 fats and too much oxalates.

They're probably ok in your diet occasionally, but I personally avoid eating almonds too often because of these issues with excess oxalates and omega 6 fats.
