from the above article..

For this reason, this author support British scholars Hughes and Low’s call for government supervision of the application of GPS surveillance technologies to dementia sufferers and others. Their suggestion to secure legislation that regulates collection of personal data through GPS devices generally and surveillance of vulnerable groups such as the aged or children specifically, is an urgent call for action meriting immediate attention here as well157.
In light of the above, it is posited that assistive technology should only be made available “in circumstances where it offers immediate therapeutic benefits of proven efficacy as well as a positive benefit-risk-ratio”158. In this vein, one author, dealing with GPS surveillance generally, has suggested that a model privacy law “regulate the collection and use of personal data with [both implantable and] nonimplantable [GPS] chips. Such a statute should legislate inalienabilities that place use-transfer restrictions on the personal information generated through wearable GPS devices”159.
That article’s author, Paul M. Schwartz, further calls for institutions to “police the privacy promises and practices of wearable chip companies. Institutions are necessary to provide trading mechanisms to help with verification of interests in propertized personal data, and to enforce compliance with agreed-upon terms and legislatively mandated safeguards”160.

Five days ago, Feb 14th, this YouTuber locates a possible burial site. - He said he had a “strange feeling” and went for a “mooch about” in the forest.

Yesterday he returned to the location, and found someone digging there.

*How could he have found the “burial site” originally in such a remote location in such a vast area, buried under leaves ?

*How could the guy digging have located the site?

*The digger looks very well dressed and groomed to be out digging with shovel in the middle of a forest.

*What are the odds that the YouTuber would “just happen” upon someone digging there a week later?

*How come the digger bears such a close resemblance to Paul Ansell ?

*The YouTuber’s youtube name is “Nicola Bulley Case”.

*YouTuber opened his account on Jan 25th 2023 - ***TWO DAYS*** BEFORE Nikki went missing !!

They've now called in a new team of diggers, Snow White has sent in 'The Seven Dwarves' because of their mining experience, unfortunately one of them, 'Bashful' declined to speak to reporters at all, and 'Grumpy' just told the press to 'FUCK OFF' !

NO.

Any signal broadcast can be intercepted.

Making anyone wearing such tech a potential target by foreign or domestic criminals, not to mention the surveillance potential.

Fuck that right off!

Mother-of-two Nicola Bulley could have gone "off-grid", a missing persons expert has claimed as the search entered its fourth week.

Maybe Mackenzie could assist, after he's found his sister-in-law?

All those specialist divers & equipment find nothing for 3 weeks then a passing walker sees a body? Hmmm...

Just seen this on the Birmingham Mail, and that was exactly my first thought!

Quote

Lancashire Police said in a statement: "This morning, Sunday, 19 February, you may be aware of police activity around the river near to St Michaels. We want to provide you with an update on that activity.

"We were called today at 11:36am to reports of a body in the River Wyre, close to Rawcliffe Road. An underwater search team and specialist officers have subsequently attended the scene, entered the water and have sadly recovered a body.

"No formal identification has yet been carried out, so we are unable to say whether this is Nicola Bulley at this time. Procedures to identify the body are on-going.

"We are currently treating the death as unexplained. "Nicola’s family have been informed of developments and our thoughts are with them at this most difficult of times. We ask that their privacy is respected."

After three weeks, suddenly the police decide to close off all the roads leading to the village, then a body is found in the river.

BUT the police are unable to say if is Nicola or not? The death is 'unexplained'?

Procedures to identify the body are 'underway', but the Bulley family have only been 'informed of developments'?

Still something odd about this...

It appears that the red van is a crucial piece of evidence in the potential abduction of someone, possibly by two individuals who may belong to a satanic or pagan group. It is feared that the victim may be sacrificed, and the perpetrators could attempt to dispose of the evidence by cremating the victim. However, it is also possible that the victim staged their death and fled with a woman, although this is a speculative theory. The sole witness to the incident is a dog and therefore cannot provide any testimony. The situation suggests that the individuals involved in the incident may be part of a closely-knit group, making it challenging to uncover the truth.

Isn’t that how they dealt with Maddy they burnt her in the animal incinerator near the hotel church wherever

Just when you think this investigation cannot get more ridiculous.

As others have said, it is so weird that neither Peter Faulding nor the police divers found Nicola, or any other body, in the river at the time they searched, but suddenly they have found a body in a part of the river that was searched.

Would the post-mortem show if the body died by simple drowning, or if died in some other way and later dumped in the river?  If it did, would this be made publically known?
