Here we go... the climate blackouts are coming and once they know they can get away with this voluntarily then people’s supplies will be switched off at will via the smart meters... carrot and stick operation going on right here folks!

Sarah Chambers saved about £5 when she last took part in the energy-saving session with her supplier.

I wonder what else would people do for 5£... 🙄

I know tesla's acceleration figures are really impressive however the people driving will never try and burn you off at the lights. If you come racing up to a halt next to a guy in a porsche, it always happens, they get all competitive and try and leave you for dust.

I'm biased because I don't drive and have never owned any car. But really there is no need for motorists to be racing around everywhere and trying to 'compete' with others. (The only people who do that are what I call 'pricks')

Anyway, from what I gather with electric vehicles, there is a certain driving style that has to be adopted, in order to maintain the battery charge for longer. Tesla acceleration figures might be 'impressive' but still, these vehicles are designed for 'steady' driving, and your battery will soon be depleted if you're 'razzing off' from the traffic lights like you're starting a Formula 1 Grand Prix.
