This video shows a zoom in on a cloud, using different lighting.

Strange structures appear. 

Could this be alien technology?

The video quality is terrible, it could have been anything.

actual considering this is likely her 1st. attempted at the technic that took me 40years to master. i would say it quite good.

The technic she using. was devolved in the late 90s. with older soft wares. more modern soft wares ; try to do it all n none of it good. let a lone great soft ware.

 

She clearly defines the outer hull in the 1st frames.

Then try to pull up hull detail. using lines n polarized imagery.

i did the some thing for the tether event.

what she doing is not defining the hull. she proving there something there

Understanding that real based on E+T Mo. how they are known to behave.

Ship outline the angle of the ship based on gravity and, physics.

Proving to her that there is a very large ship right in front of her so big in fact it only fit 1/2  the ship in the image.

All ships seen by me of this  scale just 1/2 the size seem to be able to fly much more level. are on a angle. which make the ship looking like it is facing or its back side to the earth. the angle of the sun top or bottem. the only to know  which is back n fount. is by the projection on the top. US already has crafts that have LED on the underside of the craft to display the sky above so that it is camoflauged.

They also have helicopters which are silent so you won't know that it is hovering right above you. Seen hovering around Area 51.....told by someone who entered there.

Seems you've thought about this enough, but for me it's not coming together... Sorry... I mean I can't say I love what I don't understand but I've liked your post anyway Cinder!....
Let me keep it simple, what is the message "they or it!" are trying to convey that anybody can understand.... I feel like we are in the UFO thread.

What is the other thing what you call "tether event" (typo??) and that you analyzed likewise as for other photos by whatever you & your project was doing? Mysterious Boats on that project as well in your one?

This is what I heard.

Anyone who is interested in photographing a UFO, better to use an infrared or UV camera because UFO uses camoflauge tech and it cannot be seen but IR or UV might capture the image.

you know what im glad you asked. an im always happy to help good peoples. The message is not a projecting of words. it a project in to the subconscious mind it not for 1 person or government. They wont deal with government to dishonorable. CANT be trusted. So the message is really for us.

A white cloud mean to us happy joy love
