AngelGabriel
Just a wild thought here Intuition as we habe been told is seimthing we should follow. The inner voice. But what if just maybe that inner voice has been planted there from the beginning and is being used to confuse us. Maybe we in our ultimate form don't have intuition? Morpheus
Question, has it ever let you down when you listened?
Grumpy Grapes
It depends on what is meant by intuition, as it is an ambiguous word. That said, I am suspicious of the promotion of intuition by occult societies and now by more mainstream organisations, and at the same time as the rise of the AI man/machine interface. Are the 2 connected?
novymir
There's true intuition, and a counterfeit kind. Spirit vs ego. Double messages. You decide what to listen to. Therein lies the problem and the solution.
Chris P
Lately I've been wondering similarly about the conscience. Is it a purely evolutionary trait which was needed to protect the tribe against dangers (including more distant tribes)? Or is it a divine spark from The Creator? Consciousness as a evolutionary trait… so you dont think animals are conscious?

Or at least it appears so! But doesn't necessarily mean they have a conscience.. ie a definition of right versus wrong, and empathy with those they hurt. After all, psychopaths are conscious but their conscience is very much lacking!

Psychopath is meaningless and false. I dont think its real I didn't say morality is related to consciousness. You asked if animals are conscious. This is a separate issue. "Conscious" means the ability to experience sensory input. "Conscience" is the ability to determine right from wrong, a sense of morality. But what is the source of the conscience? Is what I'm trying to get at here. The meaning of consciousness is of course very important but is a much wider topic! The thread here is about intuition specifically.
