I tend to keep in the back of my mind that surely this would be the ultimate 'green sale' for them? You are what you eat and it keeps the place tidy, with bonus points for recycling How they would laugh at us for eating each other. During the horse meat scandal I used to wonder about this 'subject'. You just can't help but think what next, when you know how sick and twisted 'they' are.

I lived in San Francisco back then. The Pride thing was a yearly piss-up on the Castro district with a parade down Market Street. I worked alongside a few gay blokes in teh office there but they were a different breed back then. The whole NAMBLA thing came up in a paper called the Bay Area Reporter that ran as story about antipathy towards the normalizing of sex with minors. History has been rewritten and now you'd think that NAMBLA had a float at every Pride event and that they had always been a part of the LGBT community. That's not true. NAMBLA was an anathema, Nobody wanted those sick fucks anywhere near the parade.

Entirely makes sense. I know plenty of gay people and they don't want to be smeared with the NAMBLA ethos, it is in no way directly connected. In fact from the article NAMBLA had sub groups interested in both young boys and young girls, I guess the girls bit just got left out of the title.
