The leaders’ statement did not mention China or Russia by name, but said the new fighter jet is needed because “threats and aggression are increasing” against the “rules-based, free and open international order.”

 

“Defending our democracy, economy and security, and protecting regional stability, are ever more important,” the leaders said.

 

In a separate statement, the British government said development of the new warplane is expected to begin in 2024, and it is expected to be flying by 2035.

1) China was deliberately turned into a powerhouse

 

2) China's role is to PLAY the West's new bogeyman

I still buy Japanese or South Korean tech if I have a choice. The quality still seems much better, but Chinese tech has come a long way. It's all very suspicious. I thought nobody would catch up with Japan when I was a child.

My views it that the PLANNERS gave each country PERMISSION to be good at manufacturing something or the other.

 

So:

 

1) "Germans! You make the best premium cars on the planet, but you stay away from SEMICONDUCTOR STUFF like CPUs, RAM and GPUs."

 

2) "Japanese! You make premium TVs, CD players, video game consoles and factory robots, but you stay away from AIRLINERS AND SIMILAR, do you understand that?"

Yeah, Germans are good at innovating, but I don't think elites feel that threatened by them because a lot of their goods are for people with higher budgets. I like Sennheiser for example, but I usually can't justify that high-end audiophile stuff. If audio was my profession then it might be different.

 

You're right about CPUs too, that market is way too controlled.

The people who control World affairs appear to have split the West in two:

 

1) America gets to do all the SHOWY GLITZY STUFF. CPUs, GPUs, moon landings, Hollywood VFX movies, Stealth Planes, Superhero comics, 3D technologies, game consoles, holograms and similar.

 

2) Europe is WEALTHY ENOUGH and JUST AS KNOWHOW-RICH, but does MOSTLY DIFFERENT THINGS.

 

 

Americans LOVE TO BOAST about AMERICA'S "UNIQUE SPIRIT" OF INVENTION/INNOVATION/CREATIVITY AND SUCH.

 

 

But the SAME STUFF COULD BE DONE IN EUROPE AS WELL - THE MONEY, THE TALENT, THE KNOWHOW IS THERE IN EUROPE AS WELL.

 

 

I honestly think that the USA-EUROPE DIFFERENCE is NOT DUE TO DIFFERING CULTURES OR VALUES.

 

 

I think that THE WEST WAS DELIBERATELY ENGINEERED, OVER MANY MANY DECADES, TO BE SPLIT IN TWO THIS WAY.

 

 

Europe could easily have created something like STAR WARS, WINDOWS/MAC-OS, INTEL CPUS, MARVEL COMICS, GOOGLE and such of its own.

 

 

But the PLANNERS WANT THAT STUFF DONE ACROSS THE ATLANTIC, IN AMERICA.

 

 

Its like they WANT THEIR EGGS IN 2 DIFFERENT BASKETS, NOT 1.
