It's too blurry to make out if that was a furry (ok clearly not a Deviant Art cartoon animal), a raging bull, or a SNUB missile, (kidding)....... OR a skidaddle missile, I mean GUIDED missile as one commenter suggests over it being a SCUD, (the latter would be from the air?) and there is also the speed which to consider... btw, I suggest go see (as I will do soon) someone who posted in the comments where they say they themselves as a "30 year long researcher" (or at least a film maker, haha) had this video up in 2004.
