DaleP
To be honest.....it's really strange.... We've been through so many ups and down in the past 2.5 years that it appears I have been desensitized from fear. Fear is something unknown so if you know, you won't be fearful but you'd ask how do you know about the future? Well you got me. For this, you need to look back the history, for example, a war usually lasts about 4 years. Try to survive those 4 years then it will be over, stay put, lay low, have fun etc.... If you die, oh well, you will be released from this hell and hopefully you have learned how to exit the Matrix by now. No problem. Stock market/crypto clash, ragpull events etc.... oh well, no sweat. You know it will go back up at some point. lol I don't know if it's a good thing to be desensitized but at least I am not wasting my energy by contributing fear energy to the Universe. I think if you keep on activating a number of god aspects, you come a point where things just work out for you and you have nothing to worry about. That's my guess from looking at people who do it and anyone come at them will fall like a dead fly.... you know the bugs that head to the blue light in a commercial kitchen. They get burned. So all in all, become a shining bright light. PS, as for war, place a protection around your house. If they start bombing, your house may be the only one that survives. You've probably heard these kind of stories before where there has been a storm, hurricane and the only house left standing probably had protection put on it.

Take care of the now, and what you imagine to be the future will be just great, now.
Certified Green of Heart
Example of a somebody, with a somebody problem but belonging to nobody & everybody: (the mindset in meta-mode assesses the reality by reframing all known & UNKNOWN aspects) I MAY resist resistance with further resistance, but I am still in fear. what can I*/ or we* do? Upon hearing this - A hypothetical but real istically imagined Stranger could ask:- Then what IS the resistance, where is it coming from, WHO or WHAT is causing it.... Or is it mainly existing within YOU ?? I MAY FEEL I can't relent/ give way to freedom when freedom is perhaps not what I -or- you am used to... (Anyone of us MAY experience/express OR AT LEAST THINK this & probably do identify with that by having been suppressed OR else SCARED _or both_ at some point in their lives) *Awareness* .... I have seen only until 3:15 so far, but like in the video~ it suggests to me or tells me I am already the all being IT. (thing of universal and natural nature, sometimes weakness, sometimes power.... The fallout in the middle is where their both needs to be BALANCE and a BRIDGE I say to myself....and where needy also a climb down, TO }} take a break in a haven of peace, whether of the mind or in your soul, found in such practices as Zen! ==which too many people under-estimate by their own blinkered perception on what is possible) Every place has a destination, even in stillness, the HERE & NOW is the destination! Upon ANYBODY (I don't fret who you are, smart or mediocre smart) Just Beginning some kind of Conclusion to help matters I would personally offer to say: Try to get out of ur head(s) for at least a small portion of the day. That is my own piece of advice. (With a tidbit from one known as shaolin scholar & disciple named Master Shi Heng Yi, he say don't follow your mind, BUT I SAY also don't forsake it either ===swings and roundabouts OR GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES TOO MUCH ON LOOP == clearly bad... so assess what's good until one knows their own mind enough to become Zen) However INSIDE your HEAD is also important to create clearness of thought especially for when you need to be focused. However I have proven sometimes, when pressure is too much, the productivity of a thing like doing a fairly regular task (even in a safe environment) focus is not necessarily helped by more intensity of thought let's say. One other thing is: Forget what others may think. "JUST DO YOU!" (and likewise protecting what needs to be protected sometimes means feeling a bit vulnerable). You had better be hated for what you are, than loved for what you are not.. Yes?? peter
I think the only way to overcome fear is to place yourself into positions that cause you fear. When I was a young electrician working in factories I would happily shimmie up a steel pylon and then walk out on 12" RSJ's 30 ft above the concrete to repair over head cranes etc,you wouldn't do it now with work health and safety. Then one day I was walking along a pipe that was low to the ground,10 ft or so and was so large you couldn't fall if you tried ,another sparkie was walking behind. There was a small pipe about 6" round traversing the large pipe about a foot above it,anyway I stopped all I have to do was step over the small pipe and continue on ,anyway I couldn't lift my leg the other bloke behind said stop mucking around we have work to do,anyway the only way it was able to get over the small pipe was to get on my haunches and climb over but to my dismay once on the other side I couldn't stand up again and had to slide along on my ass and climb down at the other end of the pipe ,It was like someone had flicked a switch and from that moment I was shit scared of heights, fast forward 25 or so years later a fellow that I now fly RC aircraft had a two seater ultra light aircraft then one day out of the blue he asked if I would like to go up with him I wasn't at home at the time , my wife answered the call and she said I would love to go (bitch). I couldn't back out so suffice to say that was a white knuckle event, about 6 months later I thought this is getting ridiculous I'm going to have to do something about this so I asked if he would take me again. Now I go every chance I can and do not have any fear of heights any more (back to normal). I guess there is merit in the old saying you should face your fears head on 1

I guess there is merit in the old saying you should face your fears head on Hi Peter. Like yourself, I too am afraid of heights yet think nothing of flying. It's not the height, as such, but the impression of it that is multiplied by, for instance, the vertical walls when looking over the edge of multistorey car parks or high monuments. I used to, and will still happiily fly in an open cockpit glider doing spins loops and stall turns without a care yet now steer clear of fairground rides!

Mr H
Very interesting. In the video he is referring to psychological self-induced fears rather than potential physical harm fears.Interesting that the solution appears to be similar. I also have severe fear of heights. I'm not sure if it's something to do with imbalance in my ears or not, but even if I look up at the sky I feel giddy and ill. If I am up high trekking and I notice how high I am I have the urge for some reason to jump off. Really strange. I will have to take Peters' suggestion and go up in someone's 2 seater plane! Mr Crabtree
Very true Peter, facing up to your fear is the way to go, that's the very reason I've been married twice I've never had a fear of heights, but falling from them, well that's a different kettle of fish all together! When I was younger I did a lot of Parascending { being towed up in the air on an open chute attached to a long winch, by a land rover then when you reached the apex, pulling the towline toggle and floating down from a couple of hundred feet } Now I get a nose bleed standing on a set of steps! In all the years I did parascending I was never troubled with constipation!

In all the years I did parascending I was never troubled with constipation! I've been parascending from the back of a speedboat in sunny Corfu. Never cut loose though as we were taking off and landing on a floating pontoon. Great fun! Also, being in the ATC eons ago, we used to fly often in these old crates ...
