Total Recall (the original Arnie twatboy Swarzeesniggerrrrr version)
Bad taste  (by Peter Jackson, Director, writer, producer)
Brazil (directed by Terry Gilliam & co-written)

Ah come on SOATB. When Neo recognised upgrades early into Matrix Reloaded, having to use two hands despite his initial bravado, and then Morpheus managed to go toe to toe with them halfway into the film, you're saying you thought something was wrong? You think too much. Your brain never shuts up.

Ok to the O.P, Look at V. 1983. I reckon David caught that and dreamed about it later.

😄 Heehee! ..... Nah, imo, the other matrix's were still a bag of drippy festering hedonistic decadent nobcheese.  Athough I did like the bit where the lovely lady in the restaurant had an orgasam after eating the cake. that was good.

V!  Yeah!  Great shout,  showing our age somewhat here, I really remember loving V, especially that boss Alien woman with the dark hair - I liked her I did! 😉  Until she peeled her face off.

What films etc would you guys recommend that might interest someone who wears a tin foil hat like myself??

Anything loosely associated with our beliefs e.g. Hunger Games etc would be fab...

Looking to buy myself some for Christmas as a present to myself 🙂

Battle Royale, the Japanese film that influenced the Hunger Games, maybe.

What be that called please? sounds curious! 🧐

ps, looks like someone deleted a post from me by my ex-Tetra G handle, in this thread, or did I only dream of posting in this thread (doubt it!!), anyway I was mentioning how David Icke has reservations about Hunger Games. I wouldn't blame him I guess, but fair's fair, I have never seen Hunger Games myself.

The Japanese reaction to the film in the early 2000s has been compared to the British outrage over A Clockwork Orange in the early 1970s.[2] Fukasaku stated that he felt discomfort with it even though publicity increased due to the controversy.[22]

From your Wiki link under Controversies.   What on earth is that all about, apart from younger age actors being a factor (in Battle Royale) due to certification, PLUS did they get treated bad or something as actors? I am too tired to read all but I read the Controversies bit including something about DIET?...🤔

NOTE for any fans.

Battle Royale was the last film to be directed by Fukasaku. He also started working on the sequel titled Battle Royale II: Requiem, but died of prostate cancer on January 12, 2003, after shooting only one scene with Kitano. His son Kenta Fukasaku, who wrote the screenplay for both films, completed the film in 2003.

Not sure to be honest. I have the film, but I'm not sure about any controversy, just that it was pretty edgy for its time.
