I just had a look, went to the forum in a different multi-account container (Firefox), and clicked on the Sign Up button. The issue was immediately obvious:     The form is protected by Google Recaptcha, but the site key is invalid, which means that users cannot complete the challenge, and thus are prevented from signing up.   @GarethIcke @Webmaster
