Absolutely. It's kinda out there and 'in your face'. Super obvious. 13 moon - moonth - month cycles = 364 days The extra day and a bit can be easily fudged about with to neaten it up. 1

(April 1st) I wonder if (in their eyes) we are the fools.
legion
Just now, sickofallthebollocks said: Also, (I need to get off my arse and check this) April fools day. (April 1st) I wonder if (in their eyes) we are the fools. Maybe. Different traditions around the world for April the 1st. For example - France is Poisson Day - Fish day - you have to try to stick paper or cardboard fish to someone's back without them noticing.

webtrekker
The original Roman calendar was only 10 months. It began in March. January and February were added later and became the 11th and 12th months respectively. As far as 13 months goes, there are 13 Lunar months of approx 28 days (364 days). webtrekker
Another interesting fact is that there are THIRTEEN constellations that the Sun passes through each year, yet only TWELVE of these are actually used in the Zodiac. Here are the full 13 ... Capricornus (Jan) Aquarius Pisces Aries Taurus Gemini Cancer Leo Virgo Libra Scorpius Ophiuchus (not a horoscope sign) Sagittarius In reality, the sun spends different amounts of time in each one, depending on how much of the sky they cover and how deep into them the sun travels. For example, the chances are that if you’re a Scorpio, you are really an Ophiuchus(io?) because the sun only spends a week in Sagittarius compared to three weeks in Ophiuchus! From the net - The zodiac was based on the Babylonians' understanding of the world, three millennia prior, according to NASA. They created the zodiac for their convenience, using the physical placement of Earth 3,000 years ago, and dividing the zodiac into 12 equal parts. The Babylonians already had a 12-month calendar based on moon phases, so they left out a 13th sign that didn't make this a tidy fit. Ophiuchus was the 13th constellation that the Babylonians recognized but left out. Edited November 3, 2022 by webtrekker 1

Plus, there should be another month (the thirteenth - so where does that go?

JCP
Reading comments on this page prompted me to do some researching. Reading some articles and watching a few videos led me to suspect that yes, we are indeed using the wrong calendar. Then I stumbled onto this video that makes the same claim, but also suggests a possible reason it was changed, and makes some other interesting connections too. I offer it up for your review: 2020 was 2012 On The Ethiopian Calendar - 9:45 min Description: The Calendar that we are following ( the Gregorian Calendar) is more than questionable and might not be correct, here is proof that there is another Calendar ( the Ethiopian Calendar) that is more authentic and more correct than ours. Please watch the whole video to be able to understand everything. It is extremely important information. You will see that the Ethiopian Calendar is the only correct calendar still around, and that the date 21.12.2012 predicted by the Mayas was in reality the date 31.19.2019 the New Years of the year 2020, they never predicted the end of the world, they predicted a shift of the Ages and an Era of Expanded Consciousness, just like the Grand Awakening that happened in 2020. This transfer is done by taking the date 21.12.2012 from the Ethiopian Calendar and transforming it into ours, which gives the date 31.12.2019, so the date 21.12.2012 predicted by the Mayas was in fact the New Years of the year 2020, The year everything changed, and where we all felt the Shift of the Ages, just as was predicted by the Maya Calendar.
