Are the Oath to the Queen Annulled?

The oath was sworn to the "Queen" and now that she is no more does that mean the "oath" is nullify? 

 

I am really serious here.

If it is null and void then there must be new swearing in and allegiance ceremonies for all those who "serve"

Quite a lot of details point towards them not being a legitimate Monarchy at any point in time, so I would think removing them entirely is both legally correct and the moral/ethical thing to do. I would not be surprised to see that this as well as other smaller details all add up to something far larger going on, the removal of them would be part of that, imo.
