And..

The Treasury has announced their plans for replacing the current notes in circulation

Brilliant. Love that. See, humour is not dead. (F**k 'em Eh)

I heard on the news that the new currency will be merged with the old so it will be phased out slowly. I appreciate that 'they' would rather destroy cash altogether, but I'm still hanging on to my wonderful delusions that some things will work out alright, 😃 you never know your luck and they are just so damn good at bluffing that they've already won. And I do like to spite them.

( Oh, Charles silhouette will face to the left, they say )

Did anyone else think it odd, that people spending cash again hit the MS News recently. Why would they announce that? Or was that just to sneakily promote the other 'crisis', as it gave them a chance to talk about household budgets.

One last thing, tonight on the radio they said the budget / fiscal plan will be rushed through the debate in hours rather than 5 days? I guess they are having to play so dirty to get past any remaining decent people in the political houses. Sorry but I do have ( a perhaps naive ) faith in some.

There are still people working night and day to fight this. I heard the tax payers alliance on the radio, they knew exactly how much has been squandered on rainbow flags / bunting. Etc. I will never get over how people have to pay for their own perverted propaganda to swallow.

The British are indeed a perverse nation. It always amazes me how the working class detest posh people but are amongst the biggest supporters of the royal family. Talk about turkeys voting for Christmas. They will 'tut tut' if one of their neighbours is caught fiddling a few quid on the social security but turn a blind eye to Charles inheriting billions without paying a penny in income tax. This really would not happen anywhere else in the world

I'm pretty certain that's not Thomas Hamilton, although it does look a bit like him.

Mind you, as soon as I web searched it and found Reuters "fact checking" it....  maybe it is Hamilton after all (I usually assume the truth to be the opposite of what these fact checkers claim (and the fact that it's deemed necessary to give something the "fact checking" treatment also raises my suspicions)).

For what it's worth - and for those that justifiably don't want to click on the link - here's what Reuters say about that photo:

Quote

Of the three men in the picture, two have been correctly identified. Prince Charles is seen walking on the far left, while in the middle is Savile, the man unmasked after his death in 2011 as one of Britain’s worst sex offenders (here and here). The third, however, is Iain Thornber, the deputy lieutenant of Inverness-shire – not Thomas Hamilton

Here's a picture of the [alleged] Iain Thornber:

Iain-Thornber-e1409753217556.webp.a3fcc938094592ff0bb851924dfc5298.webp

Could well be the third man in the Charlie/Savile photo, but then again, maybe not.

Anyways, sorry sickofallthebollocks, wasn't trying to piss on your chips, just that I lived in Bridge of Allan (near Dunblane) at the time of the shooting and his face is etched in my memory.

<edit>

For reference, here are two pics of Hamilton:

Dickwan thank you buddy, learning the truth of things is all about pissing on peoples chips! 👍😄
... and being able to accept getting your own chips pissed upon and accepting it with grace but more importantly - gratitude.
So, thank you Dickwan, I genuinely appreciate it!
Happy to be proved incorrect, and yet again - I am one hasty little fucker sometimes, sorry for disinfo, gotta watch me, I just hate those peedos.
I bet - of course - this third guy - to be in a photo with those two he is some kind of high up freemason and entirely not innocent of alot of things!

You're a diamond geezer! You post a lot of excellent stuff and I'm grateful there are members like you who take the time to give the rest of us something to look at.

As for the third man in the Chaz/Savile picture, I would concur - as the old saying goes, judge a man by the company he keeps!

What makes people do this? What is their thought process? It's just bizarre.

I dunno. It's not a recent thing though. Thousands lined the streets for Queen Victoria's funeral and for Churchill's send-off in 1965. The mass wailing and gnashing of teeth seems to be a modern trend. Could be the 24/7 media exposure.
