Is Boris Johnson Still PM?

An interesting theory regarding the events of this week is doing the rounds.

Apparently a new PM cannot be sworn in in Scotland, but must be in England.

Therefore the swearing in at Balmoral may be null and void on a technicality meaning that Liz TRUSS (a masonary placeholder term)is an illegitimate premier.

Does BJ intend to be back,Terminator style ("Hasta La Vista,Baby") to do a Churchillian return in time for the forthcoming events?

Also of note  is that Johnson "resigned" on 7/7 and he is the 77th Prime Minister and has a penchant for the word "tsunami" in many of his speeches.

Balmoral can't be an accident, so it was chosen for a reason.

It's also interesting that the privy council meeting didn't happen, and that we haven't seen a photo of Boris on Tues, or have we?

Can't stand him but his speech today was excellent. He was playing the grown up this time. He still has that in his bag of tricks.

Who cares, who uk has as the prime minister?

I get what you mean.... why does it matter when they all serve the same masters/purpose/agenda... but there must be a reason why Boris was ousted in such a blatant coup, against the rules put in place, and then the new one comes in just as the country is put on hiatus due to the "sudden" demise of the monarch who supposedly met her (again, breaking with convention) at Balmoral only a couple of days before.

Something's funky about this and that's what is bothering about it.

Sounds like complete bollocks.  They are the PM of the whole of the UK, makes no difference if it's England or Scotland (or in fact any form of British Territory).  How do you think it would work if the country was invaded and they had to form a "government in exile"?

They could probably even do it at sea as long as it was onboard a British ship and all the protagonists needed where there i.e, the Monarch and the incumbent PM!
