Attendees from the medical profession, let me outline the exercise for you:

 

- A new volcano rises out of the Pacific Ocean

- At first it spews lava and ash

- Then the eruption subsides and ALIEN SPACECRAFT fly out of the volcano

- They are shaped like white TicTacs, so we know they are not from this world and the Americans did not manufacture them

- The TicTacs head towards Japan in a formation which resembles a giant cucumber

- The spacecraft come to a sudden halt over Tokyo

- They begin to drop thousands of genetically modified cockroaches into the city

- At first the citizens of Tokyo just take pictures and videos

- But soon a middle aged birthing person screams - a cockroach has bitten her in her big toe!

- The birthing person turns green and begins to burp uncontrollably

- The cockroach was carrying a virulent virus, and the birthing person is now infected with an unknown illness, which is bad!

- Tokyo Health Authority takes immediate action, and videocalls the Government of Mexico for guidance

- The ilness is codenamed  Cucaracha-24 by the quick-thinking WHO

 

 

 

 

Now, attendees from the esteemed medical profession, we need to SIMULATE what happens next!

I er have a docterate in insectology with a specialism in the movement patterns of cockroaches. We have studied them extensively with funding from the rockefeller institute and found that if supplied with the right amount of red bull an average adult cockroach can cover 5 miles in a single day before expiring. For this reason we believe that cockroaches would act as the perfect carrier of the roach virus strain. This plan is feasible

 

We also found that when magazines were left open on the table test subject roaches would gravitate towards the images of certain people including matt hancock, philip green and owen jones so we propose that holograms of those figures be projected down across the city prior to and during the release of the cockroaches in order to increase the excitivity of the cockroaches

it has nothing to do with public safety and there is no logic to it. It is simply about the question of who has the authority to dictate public health policy and as we control the agencies responsible for public health we will decide and therefore people must eat the insects before they expire. They may lower their mask just long enough to pop the insect into their mouth and then must raise their mask again to chew their food.

of course except we should probably conduct some in house research into what the 'safe' levels of radiation are then decide for ourselves a new level so we can tell the FDA to publish that as the new 'safe' level of radiation consumption

Why not have the holograms projecting from the cockroaches? That way they'd never see the actual roach coming. But just for fun make the hologram project the predator noise instead of talking people to death, just to instill a bit more chaos and fear?
