I don't agree with everything in the article but there was much that did resonate with my own thinking and there were some really good parts that expanded my awareness. TetraG Posted August 27, 2022 Share Posted August 27, 2022 btw, for my own wants recently, whist doing a search into email or freeware availability of what's been mentioned on these forums recently I noted in a list for the (DI) Big Tech Alternatives thread, how Enigmatic had warned about going on Reddit, and accepting their cookies(?), and basicly anything to do with that site.... Any updates on those warnings Enigmatic? Do we all need to be just as careful now about using Reddit period? I still browse some subs, like art, tech, gardening, etc. Most political or religious subs are a waste of time though. The algorithm rewards groupthink too much. People will normally just say whatever is socially acceptable on there to get upvotes or Reddit gold.
