elongated1 Posted July 15, 2021 Share Posted July 15, 2021 (edited) I was reading articles last night and found out that if you have been disabled in the past e.g. had panic attack due to mental/emotional problem.... and you no longer have it but you can still be classed as disabled as far as the Equality Act is concerned. Interesting huh? May be you had something in the past like allergy, asthma etc? Then all you need is a doctor's letter to confirm that you have a history of xyz. This goes for you healthy folks....now you have a proper reason to be exempt.
