Everything to do with masks / face coverings

Ugh.

Walking around town this morning with 90% of people (all likely jabbed) wearing their stupid masks.

I'm pretty angry at the moment (another story), so I couldn't help it when I shouted "this is bloody ridiculous! Fresh salt air and people are wearing masks!" 😂

Honestly. How stupid can folk get, I really don't know.

Just nipped over the road to Tesco Extra for milk and  I think I was the only one mask & lanyard free in the place.

If I catch anyone looking at me I look back, silently daring them to say something.

I'm weary of it though. Very disheartened.

Went out earlier this afternoon for a stroll down to my local shop before continuing on to the local park to enjoy the sunshine and our local wildlife.

Loads of people walking around Trittiford Mill Pool, and remarkably I only saw ONE person wearing a mask. Plenty of elderly folks too. So nice to walk around, smiling and acknowledging each other, having a laugh with some woman and her partner who were being followed by a large group of geese! 😄

I guess a lot of folks around here have gotten sick of the media bullshit, because no-one seemed particularly bothered about 'mutant variant strains'. And the only 'social-distancing' I witnessed was between an excited small dog off its leash and that same group of geese. 😆

it's so weird going into coffee shops now....

You go in, and in the queue you're meant to wear a mask - I don't! And you get some dirty looks and the occasional irrate barrista or whatever...

But...

Just....

Less than 1 foot away are people sitting down drinking their coffees not wearing masks cos datz the rulz!

Seems like people just want to follow rules, no care as to whether it makes any sense or not..

Piping in, second post, so hello again to one and all.

I didn't, never, and refused to wear a mask in my local supermarket back in England until I was barred for punching the security guard who came at me with a bottle of disinfectant spray shouting "Mask". The fucking goon was from "Kingdom Security" who are basically ex-army, cops and broke students walking around in stab proof vests handing out littering fines for local authorities. I have a history with these cunts, despise them to a man, it was no surprise they were employed to intimidate old ladies and the like into complying.

On the other hand, I have a close friend here in Germany who is an ICU nurse, she and her colleagues tested themselves last week after another day of being forced to wear the masks all day for their blood nitrogen/oxygen levels and constantly getting headaches; they found they are slow poisoning themselves on a daily basis.

Curiously, German uber gobshite Jens Spahn, who is one of Merkals cronies, and his husband are heavily invested in making the masks, and profiteering from all of this. Or not so curiously.

The smoking gun. NHS staff are getting sick (like this) because of the masks, and not from "overwork" or "exhaustion" or fucking "COVID".

It's so completely logical that wearing these things all the time will cause harm.

I've tried on a couple of masks inside the house out of curiosity but decided I would never wear one.

Actually, I did wear a balaclava once when dropping off food during the first couple of months of the fake crisis. Not that I was ashamed to be donating food, nor was i scared of any virus.

I just used it because I had received several for free years before and never opened them much less used them and wanted to try it out this one time just for "fun." The people receiving the drop off were definitely scared of me. It's a menacing look for sure, even if they try to act friendly.

Even though very porous and relatively easy to breathe through I definitely felt a sense of relief taking it off after just a few minutes.

It's still not clear to me how people have been wearing these things many hours a day for months on end at school and especially at work.

As noted above I suppose they tolerate the hit to their health for the paycheck (or degree).

lolz been using this starbucks all week without a mask, same guy in there, never a problem.

Today there was a bit of a queue, so this little upstart decided for the first time to challenge me about a mask.

"Do you have a mask?"

I have to admit my blood curled and my initial reaction was to say no I'm not a fucking dog you moron!

But managed to keep my kool, take a deep breathe and just decided to look him in the eye as if he is completely mental, and just a very calm, NO! He sheepishly went away. Got a few strange looks from the queuers....but yeah standing up to these peeps isn't so bad. And I say that as someone who doesn't enjoy conflict.

In the past year, I've never seen another adult shopping without a mask.

Parliament has to debate it, if it reaches 100,000  Please sign

End all requirements to wear face coverings immediately

The Government should remove all mandates for face coverings in all public places, and advise all public authorities and businesses that this measure is no longer necessary.

I asked a guy in a shop why he was still wearing a mask, he said "better safe than sorry". Then he said "you have to wear one I think".

"better safe than sorry"

What?...............Sorry he may catch a fucking cold in the middle of summer.

Should have told him bacterial pneumonia is far worse.

God give me strength.

These people are killing me spiritually.

Might as well walk around with a helmet on and high vis vest for the rest of your life, you never know... better safe than sorry.

There is around 5000 pedestrian deaths per year, that is like 13 per day. Just think if everyone wore a helmet and high vis jacket at all times when walking around, we good bring the pedestrian deaths right down.

Actually if we take a closer look at these pedestrian statistics, we see the you have more chance of becoming a pedestrian death statistics under 60 than you do of dying from covid.

The exemptions have all along enabled people to act normally and not wear one. There is no need for this type of petition, those wearing a mask are doing it through choice...also through ignorance, not listening to their own bodies, peer pressure and being worried what other people might think.

The Governments response (11th May) is typically lacking in any logical or critical thought and is merely parrotting the 'official narrative' already in place.

Quote

Everyone must continue to minimise the risk of further COVID-19 waves. The best way remains the wearing of face coverings together with regular hand-washing, social distancing and fresh air.

If those methods are the 'best way' of minimising the risk of COVID-19 'waves', why are they still occurring?

Sadly the masses have been 'pre-programmed' by social media and news 'messaging' propaganda that tells them the answer to the above question is "because of all the people who don't follow the rules!"

I somehow managed to lose my exemption card yesterday. It must have come loose from the lanyard when I was getting in and out of the car. It wasn't a self-printed one.

I'm taking it as a sign that I am through even bothering to avoid confrontation after a whole year of this crap. I am exempt and that's the end of it. Everywhere I go, which is severely limited thanks to ongoing restrictions, know me and know my situation by now so that should be that.

I shouldn't need to pander to this nonsense any more. And of course, by law, I don't need to.

That last sentence, that’s the one; describes how I feel - and probably many others here too.

Its a damn roller coaster ride for sure, all this bullshit.
