Since Dictator Jimmy Krankie and the rest of the shambles that are the Scottish Government are going to make it mandatory to wear masks in shops I thought I’d better try and see how I cope wearing a mask and I can say it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

I used a thin scarf and wrapped it loosely around my nose and mouth when I walked into Tesco and felt very claustrophobic. I found it difficult to see properly because my glasses kept on steaming up with condensation and I felt smothered and sweaty around my forehead.

Then I felt dizzy and a feeling I was going to pass out which nearly triggered a panic attack so I instantly took the scarf off my face and ran out the shop.

I really don’t know what to do now because I need to rely on the supermarket for food but if wearing a mask is going to give me this experience it’s a no go for me. I’d get the hidden disability badge but again I would feel immidated incase some stuck up snotty nose idiot complained that I wasn’t wearing a mask and a health hazard.

If you get a hidden disability badge your details will probably be past onto the government, also you you will get arseholes who will approach you saying things like ' You look healthy what's your disability? That would piss me off and cause me a lot of unnecessary stress, what I'm going to do is get a surgical mask and cut two slits in the sides so I can breath , they say wear a mask but I will do everything will I can so that I can breath.

I bought a snood from an outdoor leisure shop and even though it’s a lot better than a scarf I still feel uncomfortable wearing it. The material is thin, stretchy and breathable but I still have a problem with my glasses steaming up with condensation which makes it hard to see. Another problem I have is the sweat, smell and horrible taste in my mouth after wearing the mask which is bad for my migraines.

If any arsehole came up to me and questioned why I wasn’t wearing a mask I fear I’d lose control due to my anxiety and panic disorder and go for the jugular. We really need this SNP lot kicked out because they are now proving to be as bad if not worse that the scum Tories.

Whenever someone asks me, how come I don't wear a mask, I reply:

For 2 reasons, because I am aware that I do not infect anyone with any virus and that I will not get infected by anyone either.
Since the virus has never been isolated and the test used for it identifies a mere generic genetic material.

Sometimes I volunteer the answer when the "question" comes from someone's weird look.

Could some sort of modification be made with some extra vent holes?

Wearing a face mask is not normal and I'm like you as soon as I put it on i dont feel right almost like I'm chocking,  I picked up two surgical masks from the train station and when I wore it on the train it had a strange smell , your right we need to get rid of Sturgeon I cant believe there are people who actually vote for her and her stupid party , she is a dictator and I cant stand her , I just hope Scotland doesnt have another referendum for independence as it would be a living nightmare if Krankie won , I think i would have to move if she was in total control, I wonder how long we will be forced to wear a face mask?

Many local bus drivers in Scotland are not complying with mandatory masks, hypoxia and overheating in this humidity, is not conducive to safe driving.

Passengers on the bus are 50/50 and no-one appears to be policing it.

If being "masktastic" causes you anxiety, (and why wouldn't it?) that's a "medical condition." Say you are exempt.

The economic comparisons of countries where face masks are mandatory Vs those where it is not has been studied by Goldman Sachs, the financial numbers are enlightening and support the emphasis from WTTC in encouraging the adoption of wearing face masks. A video interview with Goldman Sachs’ Chief Economist Jan Hatzius sets out a summary of the study very eloquently and is featured and linked to in our review here.

Following medical guidance from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, WTTC advises the wearing of masks on all forms of transport throughout the entire traveller journey, as well as when visiting any interior venue or those with restricted movement which results in close personal contact of two metres or less.

WTTC has asked governments around the globe to enforce the wearing of face masks, as well as enlisting the support of the private sector to remind customers of their obligations to protect their health and that of fellow travellers.

Travellers around the world are being encouraged to join in the WTTC social media campaign which is launching with the hashtag #wear2care.

Embracing the use of face masks will reduce the risk of transmission, protect the user and those around them, as well as reintroducing a sense of normality. as we learn to live with the virus until a vaccine is found

This gets even more ridiculous. In Spain mask wearing is compulsory in shops, and in some parts of the country whenever you leave the house. The law says you need a doctors certificate to be exempt so as I do suffer from asthma (when I get a cold), I went to see a doctor who has known me for 25 years to request the certificate. His answer was that it is too dangerous for me to leave the house unmasked, and prescribed strong corticosteroids twice a day so I can wear a mask. I said I can breath perfectly OK with no masks and no drugs 99% of the time,, but the only option he says is to take drugs and wear mask. Of course the only people authorised to issue exemptions are trained by big pharma!

I would love a plane load of Brits to arrive all with the Sunshine disabilities card to see what happens. I will have one soon but unless lots of Brits come and expect it to work, it won’t.

It looks very likely that the rules on areas where masks have to be worn will be extended and there are questions (from the controlled MSM) about government ministers not wearing masks.

Boris Johnson hints at huge change to UK's face mask rules as Britons come out of lockdown

BORIS JOHNSON has said the Government is looking at introducing stricter rules on wearing face coverings.

Boris Johnson has hinted that the Government may toughen the rules on face coverings in England. During the People's PMQs, the Prime Minister said there needs to be "stricter" guidance on face coverings in certain areas. His comments come as Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon made it compulsory for Scots to wear face masks in shops and on public transport.

In England, the public must wear a face covering on public transport.

Speaking on Facebook Live, Mr Johnson said: "As we get the numbers down in the way that we have and we really stamp out outbreaks in the way that we are, I do think we need to be stricter in insisting people wear face coverings in confined spaces where they are meeting people they don't normally meet.

"We are looking at ways of making sure that people really do have face coverings in shops, for instance, where there is a risk of transmission."

It comes as Downing Street has faced questions about why more Cabinet ministers are not wearing face coverings after new figures suggested the majority of Britons are covering up while in public.

Fresh data from the Office for National Statistics indicated that 52% of adults in Britain had worn a face covering when leaving their home in the final week of June, up from 43% on the week before.

Regardless of whether they had worn a face coverings previously, 58% of the 1,788 adults quizzed between July 2-5 said they were very or fairly likely to wear one in the next seven days.

The level of usage provoked further questions for Number 10 about why so few of the Government's leading figures had been spotted wearing a face covering.

There have been no public sightings of Mr Johnson wearing a face covering while Chancellor Rishi Sunak, following his summer economic statement, was pictured serving food to customers at a Wagamama restaurant in central London without a non-surgical mask.

Government recommendations as part of the "one metre-plus" guidance are that measures such as wearing a face covering should be taken if people indoors cannot keep two metres away from each other.

A spokesman for the Prime Minister, asked about the lack of ministerial face covering appearances, said: "I don't spend my time with individual ministers but all the ministers abide by the social distancing guidance which is in place."

Mr Sunak has also been pictured greeting people this week by bumping elbows to avoid shaking hands.

When asked whether such a gesture was according to social distancing rules, the PM's spokesman said: "The guidance is clear that you should stay two metres apart where you can.

"If that's not possible, it is one metre, plus mitigation, and that mitigation has been set out in the guidance."

During the morning broadcast round, culture minister Caroline Dinenage said she had taken to wearing a face covering "all the time" and said "a lot" of her colleagues were doing the same.

To mark face coverings being made mandatory on public transport last month, the Tory MP tweeted a picture of herself on June 5 while wearing a cloth covering.

Just seen Borris on the TV sporting a lovely little blue mask doing his usual thumbs up crap. Looks like they are making him wear it in public now to get us all ready for the inevitable mandatory wearing whilst in shops (then mandatory everywhere of course).

If I can't go down the exempt due to anxiety route  (which is true) then I'm either going to face paint one on or just make 10mm holes all around the mouth and nose when they roll it out.

you;ll be taunted if you go out without a mask- there will be no excuses- you are a risk and should stay home

it does look like he's wearing it inside out though

Wee Jimmy Krankie, Scotland's Feudal Baron, stated publically that masks are mandatory for the "foreseeable future" and will become a routine part of life, like wearing a seat-belt.

So, every human being and his dog, on the 'earth plane' must be muzzled forevermore, to prevent a return of the 'coronacrap' from their breath!

"It's life Jim, but not as we know it..."

Still, they will announce a "second wave."

Coronavirus: Calls for government to clarify face coverings in England

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-53371441

Notice how no-one else is wearing a face covering? Boris knows this is bullshit, him wearing one is just for the photo opportunity.

Quote

Professor Trisha Greenhalgh from Oxford University, who argued for widespread use of face coverings in April, told BBC Radio 4's Today programme the vast majority of scientists "are now persuaded by the evidence" that wearing masks in crowded places can reduce transmission.

What evidence? Also, does 'persuaded' actually mean 'bullied' or 'co-erced'?

And 'vast majority of scientists', ha ha sounds like 'climate change' all over again.

I don't know who this professor is but she sounds happy that she is getting her way.

Quote

Asked about the suggestion that face masks benefit others more than the wearer, she said: "Broadly speaking, if I'm wearing a face covering it might protect you 80% and it might protect me 20% or 30%.

"There is a little bit of protection for the person wearing the face coverings but it's not nearly as much as it protects other people from the droplets coming out of the person's mouth."

Prof Greenhalgh added: "Indoor environments are much, much more dangerous in terms of what we call airborne transmission. Someone coughs or speaks loudly and the virus then gets into the air and it stays in that shop or in that indoor space."

Its almost as if people are now literally breathing out highly toxic fumes. Do these people understand what a virus is supposed to be? Now they simply 'float about in the air', or buzz around us like tiny little flies.

And they keep using words like 'dangerous' for a virus that has something like a 97% survival rate.

From the same link in my previous post, this also tells a story:

How has the UK government's position on face coverings changed?

  • 12 March: England's deputy chief medical officer Dr Jenny Harries says it is "not a good idea" for the average member of the public to wear a face mask as they may not use it properly and put themselves at more risk of contracting coronavirus
  • 17 April: The transport secretary says the evidence on whether masks work is "quite mixed" and it is possible wearing them "could do more harm than good in certain situations"
  • 1 May: Downing Street says face coverings have a "weak but positive effect" in reducing the spread of coronavirus
  • 11 May: People in England are advised to wear face coverings on public transport and in enclosed spaces where social distancing is not always possible
  • 15 June: Face coverings are made compulsory on public transport in England

The 'government's position' only changes as the (bogus) 'advice' from their 'experts' (technocrats) changes. No-one in the Government even checks or questions their 'advisors', they just do as they are told (by the 'technocrats').
