@Messenger yes I agree. No these are my driving lessons.  I was kind of down on the weekend and should have stuck with my gut I capitulated rather than texting him politely to say why I won't be going with him anymore. Instead I cancelled without reason. It was a slightly passive aggressive text he sent me actually, "the time has come to ask you" as if I've been acting really weird not wearing a mask.. he won't be getting my money anyway.

Tell him to go and fuck himself.

After having a lovely day, shopping without a mask, as usual, I had my first altercation.

`

it's pay day, so I got drunk, obviously, and had my first altercation about mask-wearing. It was my local bus driver, who was formerly the mask-police, “nae c*nts getting' on ma bus withoot a mask” until wearing it exacerbated his horrendous cough, and he ditched it, and never donned it again. So, I got on the bus, (drunk) he said, “where's your mask?” I said, “ Gie me peace!” He said, “gie me peace? It's the rules!” I said "But you're not wearing one?" He said, "Can't you read?"" I dunno what he expected me to read.  “So I said, what ya gonna do Jimmy, call Poilce Scotland? - LOL! He said, "Na, I'll kick ye aff ma bus.” So I cried , “I'm exempt!” He said, "You need a badge then."  I said, “Okay, I'll get one.” He said, “You'd better. “ I said something like, “Go f*ck yourself.” He said, “Don't swear at me me!” So, I said, “I've heard you, call every c*nt on this bus a c*nt, so go f*ck yourself you c*nt, because I'd rather walk than get on your bus! Sometimes, you have to stand your ground. I walked home, drunk, the bus passed me and I gave him the middle finger.

Fluke, I would definitely tell your instructor why you decided to leave (because of the mask), and maybe mention the analogy which I pointed out in the corona thread in that, would you put a cover over the exhaust pipe of your performance car, restricting its ability to exhale and expect it to be able to perform 100%? Would you put a cover over the air intake filter restricting the amount of air the engine receives and expect to get the best performance out of the vehicle? Ask your instructor that and see what he says. I bet he would say, it's different you cannot compare a car to the human body, but it is not much different at all in principle.

After six months humanity have seen that masks don't really work yet so many people are still blinded by fear and ignorance. I think you did the right thing and I support your decision to vacate driving lessons. As a fellow car enthusiast I feel your pain in having to walk away from what is a very fun learning experience, but have faith, one day you may be able to revisit driving lessons without being forced to mask up.

I have never taken driving lessons but I have driven a lot of cool cars over the years, mostly turbo, I love turbo cars because they are so easy to extract more performance from. What is your favorite car?

Thanks Messenger. Yes i might do i think people need to know that some and hopefully eventually the majority will walk away from buisness and wont tolerate idiots telling them to wear masks.

Its not too much of a big deal as i can drive pretty well now and ive got my theory test done just need the test just could have done with a few more lessons. My mate whos been driving for 40 odd years takes me out anyway. I should have learned 6 years ago when i had the chance but i have left it so should have my license soon.

I was just kind of angry at myself for being indecisive on the weekend.

Favourite car? Have to be an old classic MG. I currently have an old mans car (renault at then moment) but i am kind of happy to have a modest car. Might be a good thread to create actually :).

I agree Fluke, we should at least give people the courtesy of honesty with our stance towards all this nonsense and who knows, perhaps he takes into consideration what you say and it changes his life for the better. 😉

I have never been on a track other than a drag strip but I always wanted to, just never had the money. I always wanted to visit the 'Ring and have a go at it.

A auto thread would be interesting.

MG you say, How ironic because the man who took me under his wing when I was eighteen and hired me on at a Lexus dealership, he was an MG enthusiast, and still is to this day. I actually saw him a couple weeks ago, I stopped into the dealership where he is a service manager and we talked for a few minutes. He is well aware that there is a lot of BS surrounding this corona thing. You and him could probably talk for days about MG's. :classic_cool:

I believe there's a third way.

90% of people are stupid. I've had this belief for most of my life but you only have to look around you now for visual confirmation, because they've actually gone to the trouble of putting a piece of cloth on their faces to verify their stupidity. Given the vast machine behind all of this coupled with the stupidity of the masses, the odds against those opposing the oppression are massive. Are enough people going to wake up? I hope they do but doubt that they will.

So, what if they don't? Do we simply admit defeat and fall on our swords? Freedom or death?

What people forget is that tyranny has been around for millennia, along with wars, disease, starvation and enslavement. However our greatest strength as a species is our ability to adapt, and this is what we may have to do again. Yes of course we should oppose this tyranny but if enough people don't awake from their self induced coma we will be living in a tyrannical world whether we like it or not, either that or oppose it to the point of "dying for the cause", which might seem noble but is also a little counterproductive.

No system is foolproof, including this one they are hoping to implement. There are always cracks, and the 'third way' I'm suggesting is to live within those cracks, to appear to be part of the system but in reality be outside it. How you do that is entirely up to you, but that's the beauty of it. Because each person has their own unique ideas and concepts on how to achieve that it's uniqueness is unquantifiable?

We tend to lose sight of the fact that our uniqueness and our individuality are our strongest attributes.

While we all hope that enough people come to their senses in time and this whole agenda is derailed, we shouldn't lose all hope should that not be the case.

It is not just black and white and there are always shades of grey. So should a worst case scenario materialize I would suggest that we become grey people.

Thomas Sheridan speaks about this attitude at various stages during his 'Epic Voyage' series of videos relating to corona, and are well worth checking out.

So should a worst case scenario materialize, don't lose hope. Hang in there, plot and plan and adapt and hold onto your spirituality and your individuality.

Some random event that nobody even imagined could derail their entire plan at any time, and all their carefully plotted schemes could be scattered to the four winds.

So don't die on your feet.....hide in plain sight

This is one of the best posts I've seen in ages. You're right. Sometimes it's impossible to beat the system so the best way forward is to adapt it to your way of living as best you can without sacrificing your beliefs and principles. I was really heartened reading this. Thanks.

There's a lot to be said for that. I know that it's possible, but there's a problem.

Once again, the evil bastards get away with it. It will never be enough. They always want more and more power to gloat over the enslaved Goyim. My hair always stands up when we let people get away with bad things.

It's like a murderer, he gets away with one murder and it emboldens him to do another and another and another. I'm not in 100% agreement with the death penalty, but some crimes deserve the death penalty. One of them is brutal rape. I'm not talking statutory rape, I'm talking about the bastards that beat up a woman and rape or gang rape her. If they get away with it. they will just keep doing it. I'm not talking date rape either. All rape is WRONG, but there are far too many accusations which are unfounded out of spite and too many where drunkenness on the part of the female causes it.

I'm thinking of rape by the invaders and men who should know better. They should be given a choice. Surgical castration or the death penalty, let them choose.

It's the same thing with the government. What do you think will happen if we allow them to get away with this? Whatever it is, it will be worse.

If you believe that elections are free and fair, you have a problem - WAKE UP. They are ALL crooked. The elite know the outcome before the fucking voting forms are printed.

There will be another election, probably Postal Voting because of the "deadly virus". Labour will win by a landslide. Even more draconian measures will be introduced "to combat the spread of the virus". Then another election - back to the Conservatives. The virus has mutated, more and more draconian measures. Enough is NEVER enough.

They want us ON OUR KNEES, serfs and slaves, to do what we are told or face summary execution. No trials, no Courts. Just OBEY or die. Falling off the grid MAY give you a few more years, but satellite, drones, facial recognition, tracking will eventually find you and you can kiss your ass goodbye.

I think the line has been drawn in the sand. If we allow them to cross it, we can just forget about ANY form of enjoyment, you will be a slave forever. No more pubs, no more nightclubs, no more trips to the beaches, just stay at home. Go to work in your muzzle (or work from home in your muzzle), then go to sleep so you are ready for work the next day. No weekend off, it will be a seven day week.

Maybe they'll bring back something like the Colosseum and feed the dissidents to the lions for fun.

Just been refused entry to a Wetherspoons! I was walking along the road and it started raining, there was a Wetherspoons and so decided to go for a pint while the rain passed. There was a woman on the door and asked me to put on a mask,

"I'm exempt," I replied.

"Do you have an exemption badge?"

Then my mind was filled with this...

I replied, "I don't have a badge and you shouldn't be asking for one as per government guidelines."
"Well my manager said we can only serve exempt customers if they've got and exemption badge."

"That's not what is says on the government website."

"You can get an exemption badge downloaded to your phone."
"Grrrr, I don't own a smartphone. Again, you shouldn't be asking for this. All I need to say is I'm exempt and that's all you need to know."

"Sorry, we can't serve you if you don't have a badge."
I said okay and done one!

============================

Government guidelines, correct as of 30/9/20: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/face-coverings-when-to-wear-one-and-how-to-make-your-own/face-coverings-when-to-wear-one-and-how-to-make-your-own

Exemption cards
Those who have an age, health or disability reason for not wearing a face covering should not be routinely asked to give any written evidence of this, this includes exemption cards. No person needs to seek advice or request a letter from a medical professional about their reason for not wearing a face covering.

============================

Wetherspoon guidelines, correct as of 30/9/20: https://www.jdwetherspoon.com/contact/faqs/covid19/uk-coronavirus-covid-19-infection

Customers will need to wear face-coverings while moving around the pub, for example visiting the toilet. Customers can remove face-coverings, when seated at a table.

All staff are now required to wear face-coverings. Non-medical face-coverings, protective eyewear and visors are available to staff. Gloves are not compulsory, but are available, on request.

PPE will be required for staff working in kitchens or other areas, on occasion, where there might be confined spaces. This will be determined by each pub’s risk assessments.

Exemptions apply to children under the age of 11 and adults with some medical conditions.

There are also scenarios when customers might be asked, and are permitted, to remove a face-covering, including for age-identification purposes and when buying age-restricted products, such as alcohol.

============================

I'm in the right, aint I?! I am legitimately exempt as well! Seething! At least it had stopped raining when I left!

Ever since our ancestors emerged from their caves and discovered how to scratch an X with a stick, elections have been rigged. So what?

There's still billions of us walking around, so the fact that they're rigged hasn't killed us off yet. Of course it would be preferable if they weren't, but you have to play the hand you are dealt.

The rest of what you're saying is supposition. Gates doesn't know what the outcome of all this will be, let alone you or I. He might be involved in planning the outcome, but that doesn't necessarily mean it will materialize?

So, if this line in the sand is washed away by a tide of opinion, what then?

You marked your line out, it's been crossed, now what?

What do you do if 95% of the population don't have a line? Are you prepared to try and band with the rest of the 5% and take on the might of the establishment?

You see this is what I meant by avoiding thinking in black & white. You have a set idea of exactly how this is going to pan out, and a set plan to counteract that which entails drawing a line. What you really should have is multiple plans depending on the different envisioned scenarios, and the willingness to adapt and alter those plans should the situation change.

Do you realize how far down the list of important stuff "enjoyment" has been down the ages for us commoners? You're talking about pubs and nightclubs whereas throughout most of history the lower classes were more concerned with avoiding starvation, homelessness, disease, and trying to keep themselves from freezing to death in wintertime.

I wouldn't be so concerned with pubs and nightclubs but more concerned about a return to the bad old days of trying to survive.

I say fuck the pubs, in the good times they try to fleece us and in the bad times there isn't a sound from them in opposition to the clampdowns.

You want an example of living in those cracks I was talking about?

Open your own pub! Invitation only, have your friends around and their friends too if they're properly vetted. Strictly no phones so nobody is tracked, no social distancing, masks or sanitizing, set your own closing time and no need for a license. Better yet, some of the group could brew their own beer or ferment their own wine, and anyone who can play an instrument is welcome too. So you have conversation (cause nobody is staring at their fucking phone), music (not manufactured but organic), and drink (cheap to make and no government taxes).

It's called a "shebeen", and it's how we Irish entertained and enjoyed ourselves before everything was controlled, sanitized and required government approval to function.

This is just one example of operating outside the box and between the cracks, and the only limitation on examples is the limitation on your imagination.

Went out with parents today, to Waitrose, I was shopping on my own, parents both had lanyards on, did my shopping and waited in the car for them, when they got back he was upset, a woman shopper had approached him and said " why are you not wearing a mask" he said what's it got to do with you, I repeat what's it got to do with you now fuck off. In all my 54 years only heard him swear maybe 2 or 3 times. He's 76 and my mother's 75.

Then he went to put petrol in and when paying an idiot behind the counter with those visor things  on pulled him about the mask, he said it's all bollocks, and there trying to kill us all. Driving away they were laughing.

Won't be laughing soon though.

My mother's a lovely sweet person and now she says she's to scared to go out because she's scared of people and can't help being a coward. Omg.

I've been making my own beer and wine for the last 30 years, it's better than the piss you buy in the pubs over there anyhow. One of the good things about Belgium is the beer. You can actually buy decent beer. The difference is you don't see drunks like you do in the UK.

I've got enough beer and wine (all home made) to keep me happy until I die. So I don't need clubs and pubs. I'm thinking of the young people over there, who wouldn't have the faintest idea how to survive if everything closed down.

I can see that you certainly have an imagination. Can you see all these snowflakes, actually KILLING an animal and chopping it up?

How many people do you know who could even gut a rabbit without throwing up?

How many snowflakes would have a clue how to actually make ANYTHING if the internet stopped working?

They might be able to start a garden, but what about the next generation of seed? No shops, they are all closed. What would you use for fertilizer, kill the insects? What about bees? How many people would know how to even look after them? All this talk about survival, but are you actually thinking it through or is it some sort of dream where the fucking tooth fairy comes to show you how to do it?

I can imagine a horde of thugs, raiding a farm and killing all the animals for food. When they are all dead, what then? Where does the next generation come from. How many of you can even milk a fucking cow?

I really wonder how many people are left that could survive if everything got turned off?

The fucking snowflakes wouldn't even have the balls to try to steal food, fucking dickless wonders most of them. If there was an ENP or an asteroid, they would sit on the arses and blubber for mommy.

How many of you are there who would offer to help them? Do you think that you could TRUST them? Best to start to turn your plough shares into swords, stop pipe dreaming about starting your own garden to supply food. I doubt there are more than a handful of people that would have the knowledge and I doubt they would be happy to share it. Get some REAL knowledge under your belt. I'll survive, but I certainly wouldn't trust people to offer to help them unless they were my generation or baby boomers and even then I would be very careful.

I really don't get where all the anger is coming from. In your previous post you were going on about rapists, and now you're on about "snowflakes"?

This is a thread relating to face masks, and in the initial post I made that you replied to, I was suggesting that irrespective of the outcome, there is life after face masks. That's all.

In other posts on other threads I have suggested some of the things you talk about, but not here?

I do grow (some) of my own food, I do ferment wine, I keep chickens for eggs and fertilizer and I have gutted fish, but that wasn't the point of the post.

The point was (and still is) that we can still continue our own individual and unique lives irrespective of whether that line in the sand is crossed or not.

Do I want that line to be crossed? Absolutely not!

I sincerely hope that enough people wake up in enough time to abort this craziness, but if not, I still have faith in humanity to wake up eventually. When that occurs, the dormant grey matter will begin functioning again, jolted into life by hunger or poverty or just plain rebellion against the control.

I would also suggest that there is much less of a pipe dream in "starting your own garden to supply food" than there is to "turn your plough shares into swords"??

(unless of course you have access to your own forge?)

Apart from "drawing a line in the sand", do you have any other positive suggestions?

People are just scared.  And they should be.

You can't run away from this threat.

You can't live off-grid and think they won't get to you.

They will.

This is about standing up and saying "NO! I AM NOT DOING IT!"
And maybe... just maybe someone else will join, and other people will stand with you, so you can then say,

"WE AIN'T HAVING IT!"

Consequences be damned.

Omg.

Your dad and me would get on great.

Exactly what I'm trying to say. You either fight or capitulate. Living off the grid is only possible if you've already done it. I have. I was lucky, I had a good teacher in my family. For the average Joe it's impossible.

Monsanto have doctored all the seed, it will only grow ONE crop. Even if you know how to collect the seed from what you plant, most of it will never grow. You can't get old seed any longer.

Then you need emergency medical supplies. Sutures, forceps, scalpels and whatever medical equipment you can lay your hands on and more important HOW TO USE IT.

Forget about living off the grid for most people it's a pipe dream

Yes, I'm angry, fucking angry, but more angry at the fact the for the past 50 years, YOU and the rest of the people have allowed themselves to be brainwashed and dumbed down. The fact that there are herd of WANKERS out there all muzzled up is living proof. The fact that men allow thugs to beat up on women AND GET AWAY WITH IT. is even more proof.
