Crimo III, who is being sought for his "alleged involvement" in the shooting, the FBI said on Monday evening. He's considered armed and dangerous, officials say, and a manhunt is underway to find him. The suspect appeared to be shooting from a rooftop, authorities said, and a "high-powered rifle” has been recovered from the scene.
