A reverse osmosis will do it, but it scrubs it so well that it removes all of the minerals. You can re-mineralize it by adding Himalayan salt through a sole (pronounced “so-lay”). It provides all 84 minerals and trace elements. I drink 1 teaspoon of sole mixed in a glass of RO water as soon as I wake every morning.

“All of us have in our veins the exact same percentage of salt in our blood that exists in the ocean, and, therefore, we have salt in our blood, in our sweat, in our tears. We are tied to the ocean. And when we go back to the sea - whether it is to sail or to watch it - we are going back from whence we came.”

― John F. Kennedy

Thank you JCP

I'm particularly interested in salt, the hysteria against salt reminded me very much of covid and germ fear, and every other fear through the ages.

The fear of salt only ever refers to table salt with it's corrosive chemical, and the discussion of other salts like sea and rock salt is completely ignored.

Everyone knows salt is bad for your health ... oh yes, who started that theory ...?!

How does the sole make you feel?

Do you gargle and snort salt water like they do in the med?

Someone recommended I drink water out of a blue bottle. I haven't forgotten, although I haven't tried it yet.

What opened my eyes about the need for salt was the book "Water and Salt, The Essence of Life" by Barbara Hendel

https://www.amazon.com/Water-Salt-Essence-Barbara-Hendel/dp/0974451517/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2PZEAB31KD59V&keywords=water+%26+salt+the+essence+of+life&qid=1657131163&sprefix=water+%26+salt+%2Caps%2C111&sr=8-1

White table salt is the by-product of salt, after they've stripped all of the minerals from it for making supplements. It is 100% sodium chloride. In order for the human body to process sodium chloride, the rest of the minerals and trace elements are needed and work in synergy to eliminate the SC. Without the minerals, white salt is a poison. In ancient times, pure salt was even used as partial payment for workers .... it's that important to life. It's not by accident that all life, plants, animals, insects, marine life, etc, contain not just the same minerals, but also the same proportions and percentages as the oceans from whence we came. Himalayan salt hydrates the body and aids in detoxification. White salt dehydrates the body and without the minerals, cannot eliminate the sodium chloride. Himalayan salt doesn't taste as salty due to it's lower sodium chloride content.

The sole gives me a mild boost of energy when I wake. It's not a dramatic boost, but I can feel it. I also use it as a nasal rinse. I use a Neilmed sinus rinse bottle, and mix .4 (note point 4) teaspoons fine grain Himalayan salt with 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda to cleanse my sinuses. I specifically rinse after going to the store or being around people that have been vaxxed. If I get a headache, I always try rinsing my sinuses first and more times than not, it usually helps. And yes, I use it as a gargle when needed, with a detox bath, in lamps and an inhaler.

th?id=OIP.TQLoVywpgXW0UEi2SVFzUwHaHa&pidth?id=OIP.BGVamb8GJcr5ALfFiEx5XQHaHa&pid

When you make a sole, the salt will dissolve until the solution is supersaturated to a percentage of 26% salt, when it will stop dissolving. You want to make sure there is always salt remaining in the bottom to make sure it maintains the 26% level. That way you know what dosage you are consuming.

The hysteria about white salt is true and leads to health problems, but they never tell us about the benefits of natural salt. They tend to lump all salts into one category and mislead us that all salts are bad for us. Even when I consume processed foods, I add a little Himalayan salt to help process the white salt it contains.

I have not heard about consuming water from a blue bottle; maybe there's something to it? This may sound weird to most, but I also bless anything I put in my body that contains water by telling it "I Love You". Water is imprint-able and benefits from positive vibrations.

I didn't realise that was the reason. Thank you very much for your wonderful reply, it's so informative, I'm going to read it again.

I remember when living in italy a lot of protest about water not being free. Where I lived it wasn’t potable anyway.

I guess if you want to drink tap water etc you have to accept a cost involved in its production.

Its pretty worrying when the most important human need is being made not a right though. Along with oxygen etc

Salt is actually good for you. Then the msm good hold of it and now salt is bad, cholesterol is bad, butter is bad, eggs are bad.

All of this  advice came to you from the self-appointed nazis who make up the WHO and UN

Intresting how independant lab tests has ever been able to replicate the UN'S findings.

Salt is a good thing if you are perspiring a lot because as well as topping up on electrolytes it helps to hold some fluid in your body. It's no use drinking gallons of water just to pee it out the other end as one of my friends does. She just keeps drinking bottle after bottle of water even though she isn't thirsty! She is probably diluting anything good in her body and that's why she's so annoying!

I know there's not a lot you can do about it, but to my mind that's just intrinsically criminal to impose such a ruling. (Well, I hope people have ways to do it surreptitiously).

Unfortunately, the people who are the most wrongheaded in society have a nasty tendency to seek out high power positions in order to impose their wrongheaded BS on as many members of the public as possible.

These are almost always people who have poor impulse control.

Some strange mental impulse drives them to make other people miserable.

There is always a sensible sounding excuse as to WHY it NEEDS to be done...

I feel sad for them that they will never understand the pleasure and peace that can be gained from being good to people, and the response that usually yields.Their sheer greed and wrong headedness as you say, can't possibly be rewarding, and they can't know what satisfaction feels like as they are never satisfied but always on the lookout to snatch more.

Hell, in the state I live in, they have outlawed seed banks. They say it's a form of bio-terrorism.

That's beyond outrageous. Can you still get hold of Heirloom seeds where you are? You can collect seeds off the plants at the end of their season for planting in the future (you probably already know that, I know).

Yes but they are limited. Most of the time they need to be ordered online. GMO seed is not viable and I wouldn't plant them anyway. It is outrageous and I thought people would pitch a bitch, but alas .......... crickets. 😴

It's almost like there's a spell on people, or they're hypnotised.

Little or no complaint about things of vital importance, and endless complaint about complete BS, like offence taken by some men at being told they can't menstruate, and your great, great grand-parents were alive when mine were slaves so you have to kneel to us and your little kids will be taught to be ashamed because they are priviledged and owe recompense.

Hi Catherine, yep - I do recommend it, it's a set of 9 books altogether, the content within is well worth a read.
Very expensive to buy these books now - they are becoming rare)  But can still be found on ebay.
It's basically the (hopefully true) story of how an entrepeneur businessman goods-trader (Vladimir Megre) met an amazing woman called Anastasia.

She is one clever and gifted chick and soon his whole life turns upside down after meeting her, and he starts writing these books with her help.
The whole jist of the books is to basically remind Mankind of the need to have his/her own space of love, 1 hectare each to seed, grow, build a house, conceive, birth and live off for all his/her days.
(This is how we all used to live before 'the interupption' from the so-called high priests)  Which is when it all started turning bad.
Also Anastasia has the ability to take Mankind 'across the dark window of time' -  which is what she has succeeded at, and we are now experiencing the last efforts of the wrong-doers before we go back to doing what we were put here to do.  Create.  (co-creation with God)

Well worth a read.

There has been much opposition put in place by the cabal to these books as they reveal alot of Mankinds true purpose and reason for being, so it doesn't surprise me to hear that there has been alot of bad people making money off the back of these books and selling/conning land out of people.  There has been much story telling in the media including tales of secretarian involvement.
There are two schools in Russia dedicated to true education all off the back of the Anastasia series of books so alot of good has been created.
You can feel the books are of good intent and full of wisdom.
And, a great read.  🙂

I wrote a poem about his books 'The Ringing Ceders'

Ringing cedars bowed on low
reflecting shadows by a moonlight glow
such sweet music hummed the trees
echoed away by a drifting breeze

Ringing cedars mysterious tones
heard by ancient megalithic stones
chosen rightly by the legend man
the words he wrote, his songs began

Ringing cedars rang on loud
While angels danced a midnight cloud
Gliding swirling, drifting down
Ever nearer to gift a crown
Gliding down they came and wept
'Goodbye Israel' they whispered,

...........as he somberly slept.

@sickofallthebollocks thank you, i download these books for free, I will read them. I looked, these used paper books in Russian are very cheap.

Since 2020 I'm thinking about a house and a garden to grow food. If in the appartements the electricity goes out, we will not have heating and water, it is very dangerous.

@Catherine hi, thank you for giving me the opportuinity to recommend these books, yes, please do get hold of the books and read them as soon as possible.  Starting off with book 1 (the ringing cedars)
The books themselves are actually quite relevant to this thread as Anastasia talks about 'living water' and the importance of it, consuming living water found on your own land that has been through mother earth, water that is full of mother earths minerals, salts, and good bacteria,  as opposed to recycled. filtered and poisoned water that we have to pay for.
Also the importance of growing your own food from seed and infusing your own dna with the food that grows on your land, Anastasia talks about placing each seed in the mouth and leaving it in your mouth for a while before planting it - to pass on vital information through your saliva so that the seed (when it grows into maturity) will 'know' you at a cellular level.
Treat the plants with love and good intent and that same food that you then eat will invigorate and heal you for all your life.
Maybe - if you get the chance - look for a good sized plot of land and build your own wooden house that should last your lifetime, look for some kind of water source and be clever about where your house/land will be... close to woods, with good quality earth/soil, not prone to flooding, receiving plenty of sunlight etc...
иди на это Екатерина
