anyone think wales will roll over like scotland and let ukraine qualify for the world cup?

1-0 up at half-time, so who knows what will happen next.

Was this some 'predictive programming' from the BBC earlier today?

World Cup: Wales 'knows most of world against us' in Ukraine play-off

Quote

Wales' men's football team knows "most of the world will be against them" on Sunday as they host Ukraine for a place in the World Cup in Qatar.

Wales manager Robert Page said "most of the world want Ukraine to get through", in solidarity after Russia's invasion of Ukraine that has killed thousands.

Ukrainian refugees in the UK have been offered tickets to the game in Cardiff.

Wales hope to put 64 years of World Cup hurt behind them as they bid to qualify for their first finals since 1958.

The Football Association of Wales has invited the UK's Ukrainian ambassador to the match, while the Welsh government has given the visiting team and their delegates an official "warm Welsh welcome" in support to the people of Ukraine in the war with Russia.

From: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-61582902

Quote

Wales' First Minister Mark Drakeford has sent a message of support to the Welsh team, but added this game was an "opportunity for us to reaffirm our support for Ukraine as it fights Russia's unprovoked and brutal act of war".

By letting them win? 🤔

War is war. Football is just a game.

"How dare plucky little Wales beat Ukraine in a game of football!"

How many of the Ukraine squad have been "called up to fight for their country"?

If Ukraine end up winning against Wales today, I'm tempted to have a bet on them winning the World Cup, anyone know what the odds are?

... if the controlled fake news media are doing everything possible to remove johnson, maybe we need him to stay.

That's the only reason I would want him to stay? The spin is disturbing, and yet intriguing; maintaining the illusion that we have a choice, and that some 'rebels' are working on our behalf. While the thing he is accused of is the thing we never wanted to stop in the first place. There is one fall guy, and he's set for life.

Thanks Dale, euthanasia is alive and well in Canada. A friend of mine who was an elderly pilot that I had met during some research into a case, had developed a swollen hand and it was extremely painful. It bothered him a lot - he went to his doctor who labelled it ALS. This was a man who was extremely healthy outside of this. His symptoms were NOT that of ALS. He walked miles each day, he had his faculties (more than many younger people), an ex pilot as I mentioned. He couldn't handle the diagnosis and he could not get referred to have the hand reassessed or a second opinion. He emailed me and said that he felt he should die. I tried every way possible to get him to change his mind - he stalled for a couple of months...but eventually he called on a Saturday to tell me he was being euthanized on the Tuesday - asked me to go visit him, which I did on the Monday. They euthanized him in his apartment on his couch. This is actually happening... I was mortified. All I could do was tell him how much I cared and that he would be remembered and how his life was an inspiration. (It truly was an inspiration). I gave him a letter I had written for him to read after I had left that Monday afternoon. He called as I drove home...that was the last time I heard his voice and the first time I knew someone who had been killed this way. Legal murder of people who are distressed. They are not helping elderly people any more...not in my opinion.

33-1.

Drakeford is a weasly little shit. He more or less told the team to throw the match, just to virtue signal. He needs to fuck off.

This Is still making me laugh. True and funny.

(There's such good humour in truth; the best, perhaps that's why they can't or won't allow it)

The despicable bastards! So they couldn't manage to provide a 2nd opinion or proper assistance, but there was someone available to snuff his life out! The Hippocratic Oath has been inverted, like every other symbol of purity & wholesomeness.

Yes, they took less than a week to do it...from him saying to them and it being carried out. From what I can gather from our conversation there was no attempt to talk him out of it. They actually go to the home and do it...then the doctor signs off immediately. His son told me it was over in a few minutes. Much like taking a cat to be put down or going under anaesthetic . :-(  - they sedate to the point of paralysis and they presumably stop the heart (if it hasnt stopped already).

You're right anything good seems to be eradicated - it's hard to grasp the reality of it all at times.

Very quick off the mark!

While here our saintly NHS 'heroes' have been pushing DNR's like mad. And it was like that before the Covid scam. They got my family to sign an DNR for my father in 2019, which we did purely on their diagnosis and their advice that he would not be strong enough to stand the strain that puts the body under.

My (wealthy, unlike myself) sister did her best to prosecute them when they then claimed he wasn't suffering from the things they had told us initially, but it was just a protracted faff via a Coroner's office that ended in nothing.

Yes, we are having a hard time getting information from doctor/hospitals re my mom's health/passing. She was put on end of life in March 2020 when the care home murders were happening. I know she received Midazolam and Morphine in her final days. They refused to try to help her...they pulled her antibiotics for the pneumonia... just let her die. I tried to intervene with fluids but it was impossible...without antibiotics there was no hope.

I noticed that the bank of England are in the news about the recession, whatever stage they admit to now; I was disgusted to witness in real time how they pushed the people deliberately into debt, while lying and reassuring them that it was all going to be so easy, borrowing was cheap, it might never need to be paid back, growth was still visible. And so on. And they have the nerve to run down loan sharks and warn of them preying on the vulnerable.

Of course we will own nothing and be happy, we've played right into their hands. No not you! The money men can buy anything they want, whether it's the bankrupt councils, the airports, the green spaces, the motorways, the care homes, the schools, the pubs, the small business, the farms ...

It's been a while since I've seen the money documentaries, but I remember the banks were built on lies and ignorance, taking advantage of the time it took for people to discover the harsh reality of their investment.

This thing with Merc recalling a million cars due to some braking fault. Cars as far back as 2004?

Anyone else think there is some other ulterior motive for wanting so many old cars back to be "checked"?

(I don't have a Merc so no personal interest in it, just wondering about the agenda).

It's suspicious. I don't have any theories, except of the ongoing agenda to destroy everything, and to create more fear and uncertainty, so that we can't rely on anything.

I noticed the story myself as I've been aware of several news items mentioning 'one million' for many different reasons, and I wondered if they were connected / meant something.

... They added: “Until the inspection takes place, we ask our customers not to drive their vehicles.”

It comes two weeks after A Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR became the most expensive car ever sold 💰

BBC Parliament

MP's are holding an evidence session on the right to privacy and the use of digital data.

I find these sessions so interesting and educational, it's miles better than the theatre and bluster of PMQ's which will take tbe days headlines as usual

Lord Kamall the Health and Social Care Minister is giving evidence and answering questions now. He mentioned Facebook data ... vaccine hesitancy ... and trust, saying without it people will want to opt out.

He referred to ... "If these people spend their lives studying this and they're warning about it, I think we should listen"

Dr Mark Toal, The National Institute for Health Research - was asked a question by Concervative Katherine Fletcher, about people wanting to know that data won't be collecting information to kill people. To create an extreme example to explore the subject.

And ... "Are you commercialising the NHS?"

"I'm going to play Devil's advocate, just so people don't think I really believe this" - she goes on to describe the creation of the NHS after the war, and financing it

Lord Kamal answers; The NHS can't do everything itself and it has to work with partners ... one of the benefits will be money ... I missed some of the reply.

I was thinking a possible retro-fitting of a device that they want in their vehicles, and the only way was via a bogus recall.

I love that 😃 And based on what we've learned in the past, truth is stranger than fiction.

These things often start out with "I wonder if it's possible", and later you find out that it is. Sometimes ... 😃

UK cinema chain cancels screenings of ‘blasphemous’ film after protests

Cineworld cancels all showings of The Lady of Heaven after branches were picketed by Muslim activists

https://www.theguardian.com/film/2022/jun/07/uk-cinema-chain-cancels-screenings-of-film-the-lady-of-heaven-after-protests

Quote

A UK cinema chain has cancelled all screenings of a “blasphemous” film about the daughter of the prophet Muhammad after branches were picketed by Muslim activists.

Cineworld said it took the decision to cancel all showings of The Lady of Heaven to “ensure the safety of our staff and customers”.

The cancellation was criticised by a House of Lords peer as being “disastrous for the arts, dangerous for free speech”.
