Don't know if you guys follow the markets but commodity prices going wild and crude oil hit $130/barrel Would suggest stocking up on fuel stuffs if you can. Only going higher.

John Bercow, the poisonous little shit who used to be the Speaker of the Commons, has been banned from holding a parliamentary pass and has been branded a 'serial bully.'  This is the kind of filth that runs modern Britain, or at leads aids in the process. Good riddance to him but he won't be short of a crust in his old age.

... And I've just checked the current gold price which stands today (09/03/22) at £1,537.02/oz which roughly equates to around $2,020.00/oz in US Dollars.

Hang on to your hats folks, 2022 could shape up to be a bumpy ride...

Yes all commodities are going crazy. For example Nickel moved 96% just yesterday and the London metal exchange had to halt trading.

Chelsea get kicked in the gonads:

Roman Abramovich: Sanctions of Chelsea owner by UK government halt club's sale - BBC Sport

The move is intended to stop Abramovich making money from Chelsea.

The government has issued a special licence that will allow fixtures to be fulfilled, staff to be paid and existing ticket-holders to attend matches.

Season-ticket holders can still attend games for which they have tickets but the club cannot now sell any more tickets.

The club's merchandise shop will also be shut.

The government is open to considering a further addition to the special licence which will allow the sale of the club.

A condition for that to happen would be that Abramovich receives no funds.

He has previously said that proceeds of the sale would be donated to victims of war.

Westminster's Metropolitan Police Service have today launched facial recognition technology to "help keep Londoners safe". It will be "used to find people who are wanted for violent and serious offences, and those with outstanding arrest warrants issed by the court".

Surely they need only point their cameras at Westminster's seats of power.

There is no mention of it on the council news page. I take it they are on every single CCTV? I guess, we must wear a balaklava when entering Westminster for protests etc.

Yes, they always advise when they have. Mostly though, not at all. Apollo never used any.

Why is this relevant?
