AR-15 maker Remington subpoenas the report cards and disciplinary records of five kids killed in Sandy Hook massacre after their families filed a lawsuit against the bankrupt firm

  • The subpoena was revealed in a court filing made on Thursday by lawyers for the families of the five children
  • Remington also subpoenaed for the employment files of four educators who were killed during the horrific massacre, who are included in the lawsuit 
  • The families are seeking modifications to an order of protection in order to prevent the release of the records
  • The nine families lost loved ones when 20-year-old Adam Lanza shot and killed 26 people at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newton, Connecticut in 2012
  • The wrongful death suit was filed against Remington on December 15, 2014
  • The case, which claims Remington recklessly marketed its Bushmaster Model XM15-E2S .223-caliber semiautomatic rifle, will go to trial this month

Remington has subpoenaed for the academic, attendance and disciplinary records for five kids who were shot dead in the 2012 Sandy Hook massacre after their families filed a lawsuit against the bankrupt gunmaker.

The subpoena was revealed in a court filing made by lawyers for the families of the five children seeking modifications to an order of protection in order to prevent the release of the records.

Remington also subpoenaed for the employment files of four educators who were killed during the horrific massacre, who are included in the lawsuit.

This news story says this media guy developed sepsis, had a seizure and was then put into a coma which the doctors were surprised he came out of (obviously they expect people to die when they put them to sleep)

 

This all occurred during the:

 

'gruelling of treatments, including a stem cell transplant, 100 rounds of chemotherapy, 38 bone marrow biopsies, gruelling radiotherapy and has taken more than 6,000 pills.'

 

Had it occurred to you that it might be those very same medical treatments that caused his sepsis, seizures and coma? No one ever questions medical practises. I also wonder if he was covid-jabbed...

 

Its amazing that the doctors didn't manage to kill him with all that and they were certainly surprised that they failed to:

He was the titan of our ITV newsroom and loved nothing more than to be at the heart of a breaking story.

For years, we watched our editor Geoff Hill jump into action when the world's biggest events broke, from the horrors of the London and Manchester terror attacks to the Brexit referendum.

Then came the most heartbreaking news of all – he was diagnosed with leukaemia in September 2017, following a visit to his GP for a routine blood test.

He was sent to A&E, where he was warned he had the illness. We were all knocked sideways.

Since then Geoff, 52, has defied the odds as he has bravely undergone the most gruelling of treatments, including a stem cell transplant, 100 rounds of chemotherapy, 38 bone marrow biopsies, gruelling radiotherapy and has taken more than 6,000 pills.

There was also a serious bout of sepsis which nearly killed him.

And as if things couldn't get any worse for my dear friend, six weeks ago, after a seizure, Geoff was put in an induced coma – which doctors thought he wouldn't come out of.

Smiling in the garden of the home he shares with his wife, Natalie, my former boss recounts the chaos that descended on his life after that fateful day. I feel honoured to help him raise awareness of this wretched disease during Blood Cancer Awareness Month.

He isn't out of the woods and his best hope is to get on a CAR-T trial in which his T-cells, which aid the immune system, are genetically engineered to attack cancer cells.

The UK government’s vast security operation to manage the immediate aftermath of the death of the Queen include official social media blackouts and a ban on retweets.

These plans, codenamed Operation London Bridge, which were first revealed in a Guardian Long Read in 2017 and have now been seen in full by Politico, detail the scale of the arrangements for the funeral and government anxieties about whether the UK has the resources to execute them.
