Now 30, Elden says his parents never signed a release authorising the use of his image on the album.

'Biohazard' labels stuck on Kings Heath phone boxes after drug-taking and needles discovery

Main - the phone boxes on Institute Road and left - alleged drug-taking equipment

From: https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/news/midlands-news/biohazard-labels-stuck-kings-heath-21410425

Quote

Two phone boxes in Kings Heath have been wrapped in plastic and plastered with "biohazard" stickers in response to alleged drug-taking inside them.

Cllr Mike Leddy (Lab, Brandwood and Kings Heath) has taken the step of coating the BT cubicles in sheeting to warn members of the public about paraphernalia such as syringe fragments left inside.

Following campaigning by residents, he has been pushing BT to either establish a more frequent cleaning regime for the boxes or even to remove them completely.

The two boxes are located at Institute Road near Kings Heath High Street, outside Costa Coffee.

Writing to BT, Cllr Leddy said: “I would like to report the two telecom booths outside the above address, where I have removed a number of syringe needles in to a sharps box, however there are still drug related paraphernalia and in particular a number of needles, where the plastic shoulders have been broken off and are lying in the cracks of paving slabs all around the boxes."

To be honest, apart from drug-dealers, I don't know anyone who actually still uses phone boxes. The article later quotes someone from BT:

Quote

“These phone boxes are being used on a regular basis by members of the public and are providing a vital community service, so it wouldn’t be right for us to remove them at this stage."

Hmm, maybe these 'members of the public' are drug-dealers or buyers? 😄

Great comment here, which I replied to:

BT says these boxes are being used, but it looks like they are being used to order drugs. Maybe the numbers being called should be investigated?

👍

Also, while it is probably not nice to use a phone box that has drugs paraphenelia littered inside it, perhaps this phone box is vital for some people to use? By wrapping it in cling film, as well as denying drug pushers and users access, it is also denying access to anyone who may genuinely need this service.

So in effect, BT can now turn around and say that 'actually this phone box isn't used as much now' which will justify its removal. Great work Cllr Leddy, you're helping the agenda along nicely.

Aren't public phone boxes already an endangered species as it is, with landlines set to be phased out in 2025?

An in-depth article from the blogger, "London Inheritance" was published this very morning on the subject of The Death of the London Telephone Box:

And of course, 'some members of the public' might argue that when it comes to drug dealing, these phone boxes are providing a 'vital community service'. 😄

“They grow up in a society where they don’t identify with their parents ... but they also don’t identify with Swedish society,”

I think Sweden in the highlighted text could be replacd by any country in Europe and to quote J P Watson 'more cultural enrichment on its way'

Raab being lined up as the next sacrificial offering to briefly placate the brainwashed:

Staggering that more people can't see through the pantomime. These characters are no different from Cinderella or Widow Twankey. They are given lines to read and are then booted off stage left, with a cushy package, once they've outlived their usefulness to the agenda.
