So you've got the young being targeted in the 50 mile radius rubbish and now the elderly in the BBC articles. And notice the coroner in the BBC articles saying there needs to be a change in the eyesight rule is Dr James Adeley. I've been looking into these chromosome syndromes. The majority of us have XX = female or XY = male. But there's also XXY Klinefelter syndrome, XYY syndrome Jacobs syndrome, XXX Trisomy X, Tetrasomy X, XXYY syndrome, and maybe others I haven't found yet! What seems to be the consensus is that if you have at least 1 Y chromosome you're male, if you have all X's you're female. So there's no biological hermaphrodite: everyone has at least one X and the other combinations make you male or female. You can be an effeminate male, but that's still male.
