SimonTV
Massive fake anti-Semitic false flag exposed in AustraliaΒ Β https://www.noticer.news/sydney-caravan-antisemitic-terror-plot-fake/ Quote Β The discovery of the caravan in Dural, which also contained Jewish addresses and a note saying βfuck the Jewsβ but no detonator, was described by NSW Premier Chris Minns as βterrorismβ and a βpotential mass casualty eventβ as soon as the investigation was made public in late January. Weeks later Mr Minns brought in controversial new hate speech laws, calling them a βstrong response to anti-Semitismβ, while the federal government also cited a spate of alleged anti-Semitic attacks for pushing through its own hate crimes bill, which passed with bipartisan support. But on Monday the Australian Federal Police revealed that βalmost immediately, experienced investigators within the JCTT [NSW Joint Counter Terrorism Team] believed that the caravan was part of a fabricated terrorism plot β essentially a criminal con jobβ. Grumpy Owl
On 3/8/2025 at 9:24 AM, Mazthehobo said: What I would say, in defence of the humble postie, is that the people we deliver to have changed as well. Β There are less cards being sent. Much less personal letters. Most folk nowadays prefer to send a meme or gif than a hand written personal note. Β But also, when I first started most people were actually in their homes when I delivered. Usually it was around breakfast time. Nowadays, you have families that are barely at home because they are all at work trying to pay off their mortgage. Especially those who decided to live in a new build where the mortgage is 50 years long. Β And I find that the old generation, who were slain during the pandemic, used to like to talk to me. The new generation have no interest. Iβm lucky to get a βgood morningβ from them. Β And back in the day I would often stand and chat for half an hour but now if you stand still for more than s couple of minutes our gaffer is alerted (as we are tracked) and he rushes over with his dogs and P45. Β I would go one further than the current changes being made. I would say the stamp only guarantees the letter will arrive at the local delivery office to the recipient. The public can collect it any day. If they want to have it personally delivered they have to pay extra still.Β But they must show their valid ID badge to get the mail which must be up to with vaccinations. This will also ensure no nefarious activities could go unchecked. And with the vans being used less it would also save the climate. Tony Blair will love this. Β Β Β Apart from birthday and Christmas cards, I rarely get any letters addressed to me through the post, the vast majority of stuff that posties put through my letterbox is just junk leaflets and unaddressed bulk mailings, which mainly just go straight in my recycling box. Β All 'important' correspondence - from banks and other companies that I have subscriptions/accounts with - is sent to me via email, and I must admit that this is far more convenient for me, as well as being far more reliable. Β Royal Mail no doubt make money from delivering junk mail, but it seems a colossal waste of money and time whenever I put those Farm Food leaflets straight in the bin. Β The parcels side of the business is where the demand is, and where Royal Mail make money. I personally wouldn't feel it a loss or be aggrieved if letter deliveries were reduced to 3 or 4 times a week, but I think it would be more efficient if any letters were delivered at the same time as parcels, rather than having two different people making separate deliveries. Β At work, we have the strange situation where sometimes we can get three deliveries in one day - one driver will turn up with a load of parcels in the morning, then someone on foot will come and deliver some letters, then later in the afternoon someone else will turn up with more parcels. Β What still beats me though is those people who choose to have parcels delivered to their home address when they know they're not going to be there, and then complain to us retailers when either Royal Mail fail to deliver and return the parcel/package to the delivery office "awaiting further instructions", or they leave the parcel on the doorstep and it gets nicked!
