This video says he was trying to leave the hotel (had his backpack and hat on) - sounds like there were others in the room with him at the time which sounds very sinister. The fact a "friend" brought him cookies that morning, they could have been laced with psychotropic drugs to push him over the edge. Who was this friend? This case has similarities to Isaac Kappy (voice to skull technology) and Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins, Kurt Cobain, Amy Winehouse, Whitney Houston as well as many others trying to escape the cult and being apprehended while doing so. Being forced into rehab to be reprogrammed, while knowing exactly what the game was. As the song Hotel California goes, "You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave". There's only one way to leave. I said on an earlier post the drug paraphernalia looked staged - way too cliched and thats not how people using drugs tend to operate. The emails he was reading are probably the biggest clue as to why he decided to flee, and as for motives...follow the money! It will be another revelation to the dark heart of the music business. On a dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair Warm smell of colitas rising up through the air Up ahead in the distance, I saw a shimmering light My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim, I had to stop for the night There she stood in the doorway, I heard the mission bell And I was thinkin' to myself, "This could be heaven or this could be hell" Then she lit up a candle and she showed me the way There were voices down the corridor, I thought I heard them say "Welcome to the Hotel California Such a lovely place (such a lovely place) Such a lovely face Plenty of room at the Hotel California Any time of year (any time of year) You can find it here" Her mind is Tiffany-twisted, she got the Mercedes-Benz, uh She got a lot of pretty, pretty boys that she calls friends How they dance in the courtyard, sweet summer sweat Some dance to remember, some dance to forget So I called up the Captain, "Please bring me my wine" He said, "We haven't had that spirit here since 1969" And still, those voices are calling from far away Wake you up in the middle of the night just to hear them say "Welcome to the Hotel California Such a lovely place (such a lovely place) Such a lovely face They're livin' it up at the Hotel California What a nice surprise (what a nice surprise) Bring your alibis" Mirrors on the ceiling, the pink champagne on ice And she said, "We are all just prisoners here of our own device" And in the master's chambers, they gathered for the feast They stab it with their steely knives, but they just can't kill the beast Last thing I remember, I was running for the door I had to find the passage back to the place I was before "Relax, " said the night man, "We are programmed to receive You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave" I agree it looks very much staged. Don Felder's solo is beautifully haunting btw. Many attempts have been made to understand the true meaning of the lyrics.

This rule applies whether you’re purchasing locally or importing the product from overseas. Nicotine replacement therapies (NRTs) such as nicotine patches, gums, and lozenges are still available over the counter. Grumpy Owl
Here's that word "complex" being used again, which in my opinion is used when something is going to get covered up, or dragged out so it costs the taxpayer even more. On board the 18:31 to Aberystwyth as it smashed into another train Quote One passenger died, four were seriously injured and a further 11 people required hospital treatment following the crash. It is not yet clear when we will find out exactly what happened on Monday. Network Rail's route director, Nick Millington, says the investigation is going to be "complex". TfW chief operating officer Jan Chaudhry-van der Velde says a full report would take several months to be processed. Mr Dennis says it is imperative the public were given clear answers. "To reassure the public the industry needs to be honest, not hide behind 'well the regulator said this, the regulator said that' and be honest with the public about how this has happened," he says. He says after the RAIB gives its final report the industry should "respond constructively and in a way that shows some contrition that something has gone wrong". "Because something has gone wrong here," he says. "For there to be two trains crashing into one another and resulting people being injured and worse, something has gone wrong." from: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cgejyn0p88yo Yes, something went very wrong here, talk about stating the obvious! They could start by asking the drivers what happened, as well as whoever oversees the signalling system. I'm familiar with this railway line as I've travelled on it several times in the last few years. For the benefit of those who don't know, the Cambrian Line runs between Shrewsbury and Machynlleth, from where it splits, with one line continuing south to Aberystwyth, while the Cambrian Coast Line heads north up to Pwllheli. It's mainly single track line, with strategically placed double-tracks where trains can safely pass each other in both directions. And there is one such passing point near Talerddig where this crash happened. The eastbound train should have been waiting here for the westbound train to pass by, before proceeding onto the single tracks. I don't want to speculate too much on what happened, only those driving those trains will know. But either someone missed a signal, the signal wasn't working, or it was indeed 'leaves on the line' which caused the train to fail to stop at the passing point. Yes, 'leaves on the line' sounds like a terrible excuse, but its incredible that while we have modern trains running on what is basically Victorian infrastructure and technology, no-one has been able to come up with a technological solution to overcome this issue.
Grumpy Owl
I fully understand some of the concerns about "over-tourism", but I still think there's a bigger picture being overlooked here... 'We are in danger' - Spanish anti-tourism spills into winter season Quote On Sunday locals in the Basque city of San Sebastian plan to take to the streets under the banner: “We are in danger; degrow tourism!” And in November anti-tourism protesters will gather in Seville. Thousands turned out last Sunday in the Canary Islands, so the problem is clearly not going away. This year appears to have marked a watershed for attitudes to tourism in Spain and many other parts of Europe, as the post-Covid travel boom has seen the industry equal and often surpass records set before the pandemic. Spain is expected to receive more than 90 million foreign visitors by the end of the year. The consultancy firm Braintrust estimates that the number of arrivals will rise to 115 million by 2040, well ahead of the current world leader, France. from: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cwy19egx47eo The important thing to remember here, is that of the "90 million foreign visitors" that Spain receives, 99% of them "go back home" after their stay. Yes, it is true, not just in Spain, where people are snapping up properties as they come onto the market so they can be used for AirBNB rentals, and that does affect locals in those areas, as it drives up property and rental prices. "Over-tourism" is bad, I saw this myself in St Ives in Cornwall earlier this year. But at least these tourists go home afterwards, after spending their hard-earned money during a deserved holiday, and contributing towards your local economy. What I've not seen mentioned here, in particular with regards to the Canary Islands, is how tourists are being increasingly put off from visiting, because of all the African migrants congregating there, trying to get to the European mainland. Vapes are worse than cigarettes for poisoning whether they have nicotine or not.

Might explain why the other countries want it nowhere near their shores…. edit: ah I see the story says the ship has been damaged therefore deemed dangerous. But what damage? Seconal
You could use the Fly Agaric mushroom (Amanita Muscaria) to kill flies (must be picked fresh, not bought dried). It rots very quickly when warm, smelling like rotting flesh and feaces, attracting flies, they then consume the mushroom poisoning themselves. Its been used as a fly killer for centuries everywhere it grows. In almost every language, its name reflects this property. If you do wish to use it recreationaly and have picked them fresh, you MUST decarboxylate them first by baking or sun drying, else buy them prepared. They are not specifically illegal in the UK and can be ordered online from reputable suppliers such as Amanita Lithuania (https://amanita.lt/product/buy-amanita-muscaria-fly-agaric-2024/). In the United Kingdom, Amanita muscaria, commonly known as "fly agaric," is not a controlled substance under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. Therefore, possession of the mushroom itself is not illegal. Mitochondrial Eve
It came out in court yesterday that Tommy Robinson's documentary Silenced, which was the subject of the contempt of court proceedings, was funded by Alex Jones and Infowars. It was Tommy Robinson's barrister, Sasha Wass KC, who informed the court of this interesting nugget. Naturally the association with Alex Jones is further ammunition for the MSM to lump together conspiracy theorists and the so-called "far right" as spreaders of disinformation and libellous claims.
