It IS comforting to know that someone is saying something. I guess that's a big part of it. The local plod say he poses no threat and they have censured parents who have complained about his odd behaviour. Back in the day - at least in my neck of the woods - anyone trying this type of thing would get a very stern telling off, followed by an ambulance ride to casualty. It doesn't actually say where the money will come from, and I thought the US was drowning in debt already, so how about they privatise this issue and all those SF liberals who feel guilty about being white can pay it from their own pockets.
