Dr Berg recommends 1/2 cup of kefir (preferably homemade) prior to bed to sleep like a baby.

 

Making sure you see sunlight first thing when you wake up and gets some sun during the day really helps with sleep too. And having lower lighting at night as well as no blue lights couple hours prior.

I reckon increased 5g, wifi in the atmosphere doesn't help though. Kefir as supplement may help but that is like a temporary fix which doesn't resolve the core issue.

WiFi does affect sleep patterns. I should change that to "can", rather than does.
