I like to think the horses were aware of the malign police FORCE

'The Wild Horses of Newbury' was shot by me, Mark Carroll, very early on a single morning in February 1996 at the building site of the Newbury Bypass. (UK) This controversial road was to cut through some beautiful, ancient English countryside and had met with massive and radical direct action protests, hence the number of security guards. The whole episode only lasted a few minutes.. nothing was staged. The security guards and police had circled two very old Oak trees and were preparing to chop them down , when two scruffy, seemingly wild horses appeared and began to interfere with the felling. One of the horses even confronted one of the police horses....."

Why can't the world be like this

"Debussy "Clair de Lune" for a gentle female elephant called Ampan. Ampan is 80 years old and lives with us as Elephants World in Thailand. She is blind in one eye and can barely see with the other. 80 years old is very old indeed for an elephant, it’s about 10 years past the natural life span of an elephant in the wild."

I remember. That's so sad.

The wild horses came to see what the hell was going on. Then one of them was talking to the white police horse, asking it to be stopped and white one basically said I can't so the wild horse went wild......

I must say, I now have a new member of the family, I have a seagull who comes into the kitchen via the patio doors, daily, & pinches the food out of the cat's dishes, not to mention a squirrel who's broke into my squirrel proof bird feeder.😂

All Russians bad?

SEI_115755065-e1658412447529.jpg?quality

"A starving polar bear has been approaching homes in an Artic outpost for help after getting its tongue caught inside a tin can.

Extraordinary footage shows the wild animal pleading for human help in Dikson, northern Russia, as it has been unable to eat after getting its tongue lodged in an empty can of condensed milk.

The man can be seen trying to remove the sharp-edged can from the polar bear's mouth, but can only get so far as the animal's tongue is wedged too deeply inside the can.

A team of vets arrived at the remote village after a 2,125 mile air and road journey plagued by bad weather and managed to sedate the female polar bear and remove the tin can"

I've only just found this beautiful thread, and have quickly run out of reactions, but thank you, GR - I love it.

I hadn't seen those 2 wild horses who tried to save the trees, and it made me cry. The moment when one clearly sought help from the police horse was phenomenal.

The criminal so called "elites" don't care about animals.  This one reminds me of the wild horses of Newbury, protecting trees.
