I think 7 should be contentment/don't give a fuck

If you have ever read  The Subtle  Art Of Not Giving A Fuck by Mark Manson ,8 through to 22 becomes pointless

That may be true but many people are in 8-12.

Imagine if your car gets broken in and they stole your..... I guess YOU couldn't give a fuck peter.

That's one way of dealing with it. It's on another level if you can take the 'theft' and make it something positive.....

Yes I agree many people  are in 8 -12 and unfortunately with society and education  these days most have been conditioned to be a victim and they retain that mind set their entire life, the old adage, it's a lot easier to piss and moan than to actually do something about it rings true for most

But it's so easy to jump from No.22 to No.1 believe it or not. It is about realising your state and be mindful about it.

So if you recognise that you are feeling fearful or angry...... park that thoughts and think of what you appreciate. There are countless things you can be grateful for.... like you can type or you can breath unassisted..... for most people it's true while others have to carry an oxygen tank for example.

THIS is how you change your vibration immediately. What you focus on, you will get more of it.

I hear in some places they have already dealt with the issue by not leaving anything of worth in the vehicle and leaving the doors and windows open when it is parked to go shopping or some such adventure in the 'burbs, fully expecting not to expect the thing to be where they left it but somewhere else, but at least it does not get smashed to bits in the process materialising in some other plane of reality.

It sure is a difficult task. I do rhythmic breathing to centre my awareness in the moment. This is also why I like the book The Power of Now -- reading it focuses your awareness into what is. True Reality is all about what is -- not what it should be, or your idea about what it should be.

 

I appreciate the OP's efforts with their chart to make a positive contribution to the community. I think it is a common misunderstanding, and an easy one to make, but I see it as disinformation. Just remember, mate, it is not personal -- I am reacting to the information. I would encourage you to call me out if I start bullshitting. We should hold each other to account. 

 

If I kick you in the balls, you should feel good about being angry. This chart is clearly, to me, disinformation.

Tell the little kid that's been satanically abused that they "attracted" it to themself because they weren't "positive" enough...or is it "karma"? From some illusury bullshit the ego used them for below their awareness, and blames them for it after the fact, playing "god".

This is ego-World. It's completely hypocritical. Inverted. A sick fantasy. Nothing really "happens" here...this is an exercise in mental masterbation...hahahaha!!

I’m on number 23: Fuck it all.

 

But usually I’m floating somewhere around 9, 10, 17, and 22.

there has been times when my vibrational level has been so low that I feel like I can’t even lift my head up and that something heavy is on my shoulders.  Very rarely am I on the upper portions.  Wish I could change that….extremely hard though.

Very similar structure here with the enneagram's levels of health/development scale. https://www.enneagraminstitute.com/levels-of-development

 

Only difference is it's type based, so it hones in on the particular strengths/difficulties. You can easily cross reference the two. A enneagram type 8 at levels 19-22 is probably sociopathic and violent towards others, a type 4 at that point is often equally destructive towards themselves. The Abraham-Hicks categories have broad enough appeal to suit the general psyche of everyone to some degree, so on that basis i like it.

 

I'd guess i'm at 6-7 on your scale today. Day off work, couple of wake&bake spliffs and i'm gonna go out for a run in the nice weather in a bit. Might be enough to push me up to 4-5 later!
