Very sad, I don't know who the reporter was but i guess israel didin't like what she was reporting. They of course will get away with it. Has it been mentioned on the bbc? I bet it doesn't. Where are all the palestine flags around, All i see is that yellow and blue one.

The Palestinian diaspora and the whole situation is one that boils my blood. The world has ignored this for decades... In violation of all law...International Law, Human rights Law...you name it...yet still it goes on. More and more funding given regularly to Zionist bloodsuckers. The real truth is always hidden/hushed... thank you for the link Duewy.

This happened many times in Iraq:

https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2004/3/21/journalists-killed-in-iraq-profile

Mazin Dana, 18 August 2003, a Palestinian cameraman with Reuters; shot dead by US soldiers while filming outside Baghdad’s Abu Gharaib prison.

Tariq Ayoub, 8 April 2003, Aljazeera TV channel correspondent; killed in a US air strike at Aljazeera office in Baghdad.

Taras Protsyuk, 8 April 2003, Reuters cameraman; killed when a US tank opened fire on Palestine hotel.

Jose Couso, 8 April 2003, cameraman for Spain’s Telecinco TV; killed when a US tank opened fire on Palestine hotel.

Ali Abdul Aziz, 18 March 2004, cameraman for Dubai-based al-Arabiya TV channel; shot dead by US troops in central Baghdad.

Ali al-Khatib, 18 March 2004, al-Arabiya TV channel journalist in Iraq; shot dead by US troops in central Baghdad.

Watching the state funeral of martyr Shireen Abu Akleh in occupied Ramallah, on Al Jazeera, the devastation among the mourners was palpable.

Everyone was weeping. This is an international incident.

Sky News say she was killed by “gunfire” as though no Israeli sniper was pulling the trigger as she and her colleagues came under a hail of bullets.

The BBC say she was “killed in a raid” while the New York Times just say she “died.”

The British press are more concerned about an argument between two footballer’s wives, than a female journalist who was shot in the face while doing her job.

The Israeli’s want to investigate their own crimes, but this is an open and shut case.

Her assassination was filmed, I’ve seen the horrific footage, people who tried to retrieve Shireen’s body, came under live fire, for three minutes.

There was no gun battle, it was a targeted killing by the IOF.

However, this is nothing new, dozens of Palestinian journalists have been killed and injured. Every day, in these dawn raids, young men are deliberately shot dead.

Zionists will likely orchestrate an atrocity, against Jews, to take the focus away from this flagrant war crime, and once again portray themselves as the victims.

If you said this in America, it would take 5 seconds before an entire mob accused you of 'admiring Hitler'.

Poor Israel!

Nobody understands 'the only Democracy in the Middle East' and all the good it does in its region.

Sniff...

Who's Hitler?

He's the guy who started the Vietnam War and assassinated JFK using a chrome boomerang.

He also tried to storm the European Parliament with the help of Sudanese suicide commandos posing as Euronews education reporters.

Thank God the French Foreign Legion tracked him down in Tora Bora and America's SEAL Team Six killed him by stabbing him in the anus with a frying pan.

There was a fierce firefight at the Burger King drivethrough Hitler was hiding at, but eventually Marines Special Forces Sniper Sergeant Mike "Squish" McMulloch was able to get close enough to deploy the frying pan.

Hitler was given a burial at sea in accordance with Shintoist customs.

There was much relief in the Knesset because Hitler was trying to start a Libertarian zero-income-tax party in Israel.

The Mossad immediately changed their slogan to 'Wash Colored Garments At Low Temperatures, Otherwise The Colors Run'.

Gosh! I thought he was the guy accredited with transporting Jews to Palestine and inadvertently founding Israel?

Excellent thread thank you, I appreciate all of your comments.

Every time I've flicked on Al Jazeera it's been on of course.

This morning  I caught part of an interview with Diana Buttn; a HR lawyer ..

Quote

... It will be the usual ... fake call for an investigation ... and casting doubt on witnesses, second guessing people who are there every day risking their lives. Another journalist, they broke her arm (images shown) They don't want the truth, they just want to cover up their crimes and she (Shireen) wouldn't go along with that.

.. She wanted the world to see that the army were going illegally into the camp, so she followed them there ...

.. Let's say this was a Ukrainian journalist who was killed at the hands of a Russian and yet Palestinian journalists are always discredited, and without support from their international colleagues ...

End quote

I detest the eternal hypocrisy and double standards, and I say this as someone with Ukrainian roots. I just heard Biden lamenting / promoting 1 million covid deaths. I remember how I felt at 1 million deaths in Iraq. We had to search to find the figures. And then I had few i could share it with. When I was in Cyprus the news was full of Israel/ Palestine, and returning to the UK, barely a mention. One of my first eye opening experiences of war coverage, and lack of. As always the media and 'sponsors' create their own reality, and yet still I talk with those who trust that if it happened, if it matters, they will hear it on the news.

I'm very sorry for the loss of this journalist. There are so many that you only know once they are gone.

On Al Jazeera they have a half hour programme called fault lines that searches for answers and accountability after the killing of Shireen by Israel military forces

A few quotes

Why has the US not investigated ?

There is clear video evidence ...

The US has aligned itself with the Israeli narrative

Every day we are hearing of someone being killed by the Israelis, there is no accountability, no one is asking about it

Qatar is a major U.S. ally.

A lot of places in Iraq were bombed by U.S. jets taking off from an air force base in Qatar.

Al-Jazeera seems to run stories critical of Israel/USA every now and then to keep Arab nationalists happy.
