That is just so wrong. It's not technically idolatry as it's not a representation of the creator or an angel etc, but it feels as though it ought to be asur.

I do not believe for a minute that NASA will send anyone to the moon in the foreseeable future. And the whole Orion scenario that's been in the pipeline a while is suspicious., as is the entire radiation issue.

I remember a few years back when Artemis was announced. I decided to follow it and predicted there would be delay upon delay until it was quietly finally buried. Hope I am wrong. It would be fascinating to watch them faking another moon landing, given the high quality camera footage they'd have to supply nowadays. I think this is the reason they haven't tried it again and why space exploration is dead. Because space travel is impossible, space is not what we're told, and it's too difficult to fake these days

So it is fitting that they could easily reach the moon over and over again during the Cold War.

 

But somehow today - with much better technology, computers, knowhow - shit keeps getting delayed ad nauseam.

Very few things are "impossible" in this universe.

 

Firmament is likely a very old idea from before space was understood properly.

Engine problem, phooey!   I say no one told them Stanley Kubrick died. If we actually went to the moon, as they say we did, we would be there all the time. It would be loaded with Starbucks, McDonalds and Wal-Mart, as well as lunar resorts. My crappy, old laptop is more advanced that the 1960's/70's NASA spaceships technology, and it freezes up every time I try to play a YouTube video, yet they can't just fly up there, back and forth with ease at this point in the game with all their current, amazing technology!?! Until I can go there myself, I am calling shenanigans on this moon nonsense. And the same goes for France.
